Waited over 40 mins for a cheeseburger and fries for my son after his football practice. Finally asked for a refund and left. No communication as to what was happening. The lady did provide a refund and apologized.

Tonight we went through the drive thru and there was a line and all the spots filled waiting for food to be done. After waiting for 40 minutes we had starting asking cars how long they were there and some said an hour plus. Not only us but multiple people went in to ask for refunds because we noticed the teenage employees were fooling around throwing trash and joking when there were literally 20 plus people waiting for food.

Another customer and I went in to McDonald's to order and they would not acknowledge us so we ended up leaving. Therefore they had two lost orders. Normally, I go through the drive through here and things have been fine but I needed to use the restroom. Which was extremely dirty and probably hadn't been cleaned recently .

Early morning visit: Nasty unclean bathroom, trash not emptied from overnight nor the bathroom cleaned up gross toilet. Restaurant area not cleaned up tables, floor dirty overnight, bugs flying around the light fixtures. Worst experience ever at a McDonald's.

I don't normally complain about a McDonald's. However, our visit started with the self-serve scanner not reading the app. Then once we ordered our order was missing items. Next up both ketchup dispensers were out of ketchup. I told an employee, he gave me 2 packets and said he would replace it. I saw 2 other people mention it to him again. Mind you, it was not busy at all, nor was the drive-through busy. Then next up, the bathroom, flies all over, paper towel dispenser out of towels and falling off the wall.
Plain and simple...do better!

Doordash order. Food arrived on time, kind of warm. Fries old and many smaller pieces, not great. 2 cheeseburger meal was customized for extra onions (looked more like LIGHT onion) and estra pickle (just had one as usual) so no requests followed. Asked for salt packs, given 2. No napkins. Just meh

Their hours say 11pm they closed before 1030pm as I was leaving there was a line of cars coming by from the fireworks show in the next town over I can say they definitely lost out on a bunch of customers seen a lot of blinkers turn off as soon as they seen the lights off. Big golden arches are still lit up though.

They seem a bit flustered at times. Fries are cold or something was forgotten. They are trying, though.

We went thru the driveway thru and was greeted great. The order was correct. When we left and opened the bag before driving away. The 1/4 quarter pounder was warm at best and the fries were cold. Unfortunately the food was lacking.

Ok I placed an online order for curbside. I waited 20 mins before I went in. They apologized, gave me a free item and I went home. I live 12 minutes from the location. I got home to divide food to my family. They forgot the 10 piece chicken. Called them they made it right. I got home to finally eat my food.....no bacon on my quarter pounder. And that patty was not a quarter patty. It's already 9pm. I dont have time to run back and forth because people are not being taught to do it right the 1st time. The crew is empathetic and friendly. Can't really speak to much about the inside. But I doubt I will be back.
