Turning into the Dairy Queen on the other side of town. 3 times now within my past 5 orders telling them exactly what I want and missing out on a major part of my family’s meal. If you’re going for one meal, you’re probably fine. But add two extra things and good luck getting them right.

We stopped at the McDonald’s in Chilton while traveling from out of town so our kids could take a break and use the play area. Unfortunately, it was freezing cold in the play area. I mentioned this to a worker who came in to drop off her food, and she agreed that it was freezing. She said she would go talk to the manager and come back to let me know, but she never returned.

On top of that, my order was missing the extra sausages I paid for. When I went to the counter to ask for them, but the cook seemed annoyed over his own mistake, which made the interaction uncomfortable.

Overall, the customer service was very poor, especially for a location that families rely on during travel. We specifically stopped here so our kids could get out of the car, and the experience was disappointing.

Would not recommend.

Huge shout out to Daniela working alone while coworkers were trying to get in during the snow storm. She was very professional, apologetic and she still had a smile on her face and a positive attitude!

Honestly if you can go anywhere else for food do it!! Workers are horrible, they dont care not a single bit about the customers. Today the employees were cussing up a storm and goofing around with friends, who were not buying things. They rushed us through ordering and didnt give us any of our sauce.

Went for their McRib. Bought 2. Went threw the drive through. Should of stopped and looked at them before I got home. NO sauce on them. Had no pickles either. Getting so bad.

It's McDonald's. What else can I say? My chief complaint is having to ask for HOT French fries and having the girl who collected the money argue with me , telling me that they don't know if they can promise that. I worked in fast food place as a teenager. Just stick the fries back in the hot oil for a few seconds and re-heat them. It's not rocket science.

Chilton McDonald’s….. Went through the drive thru on Sunday October 12 at 2:00pm and waited 15 min just to get an order placed and then sat another 15 min before I received my food. I ordered two burgers and a medium fry. When I returned home, my husband’s burger had no condiments on it and my double cheeseburger had a pickle and ketchup and to bottom buns put together to make it. We called the restaurant to talk to a manager only to be hung up on when asked what she could do for us for the trouble. Continued to call back (6 times) only to be ignored. If she couldn’t handle the simple situation with our simple question why not offer a simple solution?! Very unhappy with their service!

Drive thru guy started asking about Mobile App before I even got in front of the menu and speaker. He never said total amount after I ordered. Went to pay and was given my change. Started pulling forward, saw wrong change, backed up and said that I was missing some change and they couldn't open the register to give it to me. The girl looked to be a highschooler and not sure about the guy, but I think some training needs to be done about taking orders and making correct change for the customers.

First time happening here in about the last 19 years that I've been going through the drive thru. Food was good though.

They always seem to screw up the orders and food is seldom hot. They also don’t know how to apply the codes from the app. Hire a whole new crew!!

Got there at 10:15 for drive thru. Says they close at 11. Sat there for 5 minutes and no one answered the drive thru. Change tour hours if you refuse service until 11.

Waited over 40 mins for a cheeseburger and fries for my son after his football practice. Finally asked for a refund and left. No communication as to what was happening. The lady did provide a refund and apologized.
