Door dash liaison again and I have been to this location multiple times today.The dinning room was pretty clean and every time, even through lunch. The bathroom was actually clean and stocked. Everyone was busy but pleasant, no nonsense work ethic was definitely noticed. Didn’t have to wait long for orders.Parking: Be careful walking in as you’ll need to cross the dive thru lane. There are quite a few people to busy to notice your walking across.Wheelchair accessibility: Ramps on all curbs so entering isn’t a problem from the parking lot. There are a few tables in the dinning room the right night with chairs you need to move out of the way. The bathrooms have ample space with doors plenty wide enough.

If I could give zero I would. Ordered food this morning, a simple order and they still ended up getting it wrong. I understand things happen sometimes but every time I go something is messed up or I was given old food.

My once a decade visit to slimy Ds. The staff in Chilton were polite and helpful. The food still sucks. Especially the fires, who likes brown fries. To me that is burnt.

I used the App and I had to remind them of my order after almost ten minutes. I was very patient. I still don't get it. They want you to use the Mobil app and they still can fill your order. What's the sense of the app if they don't fill the orders. Now, this isn't all the time as most of the time it works. At this McDonald's on North Ave in Sheboygan I have the most problems with having to wait on my orders longer than normal.

If I could rate a zero I would! Stopped.for supper and had it to go. Messed up both sandwiches. When I called the lady was so rude! She said I could come back another time for replacements. REALLY?? I said I'll be back in a little while for them and the lady said she'll have them ready and guess what they never made them. Now I am here waiting!! Meanwhile the rest of our food is getting cold! Asked her on the phone if she wanted me to bring the wrong ones back and told.me I don't really care what you do with them and hung up on me! Once.i got there another girl told.me it was the manager that I spoke with on the phone. Now.to me this was very disrespectful!!!!! Gonna get my replacements and NEVER COME BACK HERE AGAIN! I'LL take.my.business elsewhere. Heard so many complaints about this place. Boy has it gone down the drain
