Honestly an EMBARRASSMENT to food establishments. No urgency with the employees whatsoever. My mobile orders are consistently 20 mins late because they don't even start them before I get there. I'm on lunch, I don't have that kind of time to waste. Lots of thumb up your ass energy coming from here. 1 employee on assembly while the other 2 are doing Jack dick. Constantly out of ingredients, no compensation for late/incorrect meals. I mean for Christ sake they can't even read the order slips saying TOASTED, and gave me a raw breakfast sub way more than once. Ridiculous, if you don't want to do your job just quit. there's has GOT to be someone else that can work here.

It's not a bad sandwich shop. The girls were knowledgeable and friendly. Shame they don't participate in promotions. Sandwiches were good. Light on the meat but hey who isn't. I'll probably be back to try those peppermint brownies before the season ends.

I wish this franchise owner would get with the program… The place is always a mess, their meat case doesn’t even have a transparent lid anymore so you can’t see your options, and their pricing is absolutely outrageous.
Last week, I decided to try it once more. The employee that was working dropped the mayo bottle on my open sandwich after putting mayo on it, and then scraped the mayo off the side of the bottle and put it on my sandwich. How disgusting is that? We all know how horribly dirty those bottles must be. The employee wouldn’t even make it right, and a foot-long combo costed me $17.
There is a national deal going on where you can get a 6 inch sub combo for $6.99, however, this owner does not participate. A 6 inch sub combo in little old Chilton Wisconsin costs $12. Do you understand the market you are in? How are people paying these prices? Why are people paying these prices? How are you still open?

online order not made on time but the two working there had no idea what i ordered until i repeated the order. BUT my biggest concern is that there were flies hovering all around peoples subs and the ingredients. please take this in consideration before people get sick!

Needed a quick meal and found a young lad who was eager to help. Dominike had very good service and got our food out Kwik and it was sure delicious. Needles to say he served us very well, even with the funky ah eye. ????

Placed an online order while in the parking lot. Came in and was told the bread was burnt and they were making new loaves, unless we wanted flat bread. Otherwise we could wait 2 hours. Waited 2 hours and still wasn't the right bread we ordered and one was on the flatbread instead of bread at all, when neither were originally ordered on a flatbread. We thought waiting 2 hours we'd have the right bread at least or we would've just had them make it the first time we came in. Plus my bread was hard, like they served me a burnt loaf anyway, as it was ordered NON-TOASTED.
The food was phenomenal and really amazing. I will definaltly be going there again.

Dining area is always dirty. Floor is sticky from soda being spilled. Tables are never wiped down. Soda fountain had mold. Associates are sometimes rude. Will stand around and talk instead of paying attention to the customer. Hardly opens on time and been times where they will be randomly closed when I went there.

Prices not accurate. Workers aware but not notifying customers stating nothing they can do about it. Bad business practice. Has been brought to their attention on more than one occasion and still not fixed. Check your receipts and notice most items you are charged .20 cents more. Adds up.
Always out of what a person wants to order. Workers attitude... words as I walked away "it's not my fault (that they are put of ham, bacon and many other items on their menu)"
