The last three times I’ve ordered here, the order I received was incorrect. There was no sweetener in my matcha latte, the sandwich wasn’t put together properly and the wait was longer than usual. I will not be going back.

Finally leaving a review for this location. Been hoping they'd get it together but after months I'm going to accept nothing will change. If I'm ordering 2 XL shakers with extra shots of espresso at $11.00 each, I expect them to be more than 75% full and taste like there's actually coffee in them. They are like this EVERY SINGLE TIME. Anyone who gets the shakers knows how they are supposed to look and taste from literally any other location. It's even more insulting that I tip every time just to get the results I'm getting there. Not throwing a fit, gave them plenty of opportunities, just trying to save others from wasting their money at this location. I'll be going to the festival location or any of the locations in Eau Claire from now on.

The absolute slowest coffee place I've ever been to. It took 3 people 10+ minutes to make one drink. My drink was great but the time it took overshadowed the beverage.

I think you really should enforce that your barista‘s ask people if they have rewards to use. Some of us don’t get coffee every single day/week/month and sometimes maybe we forget about those rewards. I just missed out on a 50% off a fall beverage because the barista did not ask me about my rewards and apparently you can’t go back and redo the order. Not ok. That is poor customer service in my opinion. I did have a conversation with the barista while she was ringing in my order about whether or not she could see the rewards I had. You’d think that that would open up the conversation for rewards being used. This conversation was prior to my order being fully rang in and before I paid for it 🤔
