Chippewa River Distillery

They had me at Garlic vodka! 😃 Horseradish was a close second. Everything I tried was delicious, there are so many amazing vodka flavors: Blueberry, cucumber, dill, espresso, ginger, lemon zest, strawberry, raspberry, peach, apple pie, black tea, and more!!! Also whiskey (7? flavors), schnapps, & gin (including lavender, and one can never go wrong with purple beverages). Really great service, too, and beautiful location, along Chippewa River and very close to bike/walking path. Perfect view from rooftop seating area, maybe a bald eagle or 3 meandering by. ❤️🤍💙 I also learned about "Black Cap" so stopping in was part of my continuing education journey. 📚 Bonus! 😇😇😇

Tough neighborhood for a brewery but we enjoyed the beers and the Bloody Mary. Glad we came in. Thanks for allowing dogs on the patio.

After checking out the menu for Chippewa River Distillery online, it was determined that we would be here for a while. So much so that it completely changed our plans and a room at a nearby hotel was booked! They have something for everyone. While vodka seems to be the main event, you can also get beer, whiskey, gin, etc. Definitely try a bloody and one of their many, many specialty drinks! The staff is friendly and the space is awesome. Can’t wait to continue working my way through their menu ;)

Number one place in the valley for Bloody Marys. Cocktails flavorful and inexpensive, recently I've been hooked on the Bucks (whiskey and ginger). The beer options are more limited but I usually find one that I like. No food here so bring your own if you like. Free Trivia on Thursdays. (pictured: Bourbon Buck)

The two bartenders were horrendous! They did not welcome you. They would not make eye contact as we stood at the bar trying to get a menu. Noone helped to offer drinks. No suggestions. There were only 8 customers when we got here. We grabbed a table not knowing they completely ignore you and you have to guess that they only serve at the bar. No personality. BUT their drinks are awesome. Because of the horrible service and unwelcome behavior, you don't even want to go back. I cannot even imagine how the service would be during the high traffic travel season.

Why the food coloring in the spirits? Not needed.

Very slow service, staff wasn't inviting, and I wasn't impressed with the drink..

Bloody Mary was amazing! Our bartender was very new but unless she told us you wouldn't know! She was very helpful in deciding drinks on their huge menu!
