We ordered a kids meal and a vanilla cone at our last visit and we were charged $18 because they decided to ring everything up separately. When we finally got our food, we discovered that we did not get the sundae we ordered with the kids meal. The individual who brought us our food gave us attitude and asked us to provide the original receipt that we were never given. We eventually received our sundae but we were still over charged and we never received our kids meal token. You always have to pull forward and wait at this location. Even for a small vanilla cone.

This place has been rapidly declining. It must be riddled with incompetence because we haven't had a meal without multiple mistakes in well over a year. Normally, we just deal with it, but it's getting ridiculous.
Today's order consisted of getting mustard instead of ketchup on one of the burgers, getting 3 different custard orders, all with the flavor of the day, Oreo Overload, with not a single Oreo between the 3, and asking for peanut butter sauce and chocolate cake pieces in a medium concrete mixer and getting no peanut butter and no more than 4 tiny pieces of chocolate cake in the entire thing.
I honestly would recommend either of the Culver's locations in Chippewa as the other isn't much better.
Food was good, minus finding a hair in my sandwich. The food is usually very good! Customer service this time around wasn't that great, it felt like one of the gals at the register totally forgot she was working in customer service and was short + snippy. Culver's is almost always a good experience otherwise!
