Very popular lunch spot. If you are in a hurry, call to have your order ready when you get there, otherwise be prepared for a wait. It isn't that the staff isn't doing their best...they're just that busy. The chicken bacon ranch wrap & grilled chicken salad are always good choices and burgers are another favorite. I would prefer more low tables for all of us 'older' customers but I try to go earlier so I can grab one of the low tables.

Awful food and service. They charge for salsa & sour cream if you’d like a side for your tacos. They ad a service fee if $2.50 on your bill EVEN when paying with CASH!! Why??!
Bartender is not customer oriented & rude…does not acknowledge your presence
Do not get the tacos!!!! Dry, tasteless, nasty…cold burnt chips on the side

This is a good old fashioned bar with a nice middle aged local crowd. Very friendly Atmosphere. We pretty much had to order the food at the bar and get all the drinks ourselves as they did not have enough servers for the crowd. Enjoyed their frosty mugs. Will definitely go back next time I'm in the area.

I have been going to heartbreakers, sometimes multiple times a week for past year or 2. I always loved their wings! They were some of the best in the area. Some of their unique burgers were also very well prepared. Their prices have always seemed very steep, which I was fine paying for the quality of the food. Some of their servers were great, some not very attentive unless you sit at the bar.
They recently changed their menu and got rid of some great options, changed some of the food items, including their wings which is half the reason I go there, and increased their overpriced food even more. It seems that with the drastic change in prices, became a significant decrease in their food quality, sad to say, but I don’t think I will be coming back for the over priced food.

The food is amazing. I doordash from there as I live in Chippewa falls
super slow service every time I have gone here. Always busy, hire more wait staff. Food is usual for pub bar and grill. Lots of week night activities including bingo.
