So I came in and got 3 sandwiches. One was a BLT got it home and it was the bread and 3 pieces of bacon. Guess they can’t figure out what BLT stands for. Cost $25 for 3 sandwich’s left 15% tip ask the guy if he could put it in the bag. Guess not he tossed the bag at me. Plenty of other places to eat.

Drove 10+ miles from Eau Claire to pick up a delivery and when I got there the guy working tells me that he didn't make the order because it was just gone. I've heard some lame excuses in my day but come on, bro, orders don't just dissappear into thin air. Seems more to me like he just didn't want to make the order because they were closing soon. Do better, please!

I ordered 1 sandwich via the app because I was running late and needed to get a quick lunch. Needless to say there wasn't much for quick involved. I got to the store 10+ minutes after placing my order even though my order still didn't show it was ready. I waited in the store for anouther 10+ minutes and no update. Meanwhile people walking in off the street were placing orders and getting their sandwiches before mine was ready. 35 minutes after placing my order I walked up to the counter and they got my order for me. The team has got to do better than that. I know it was Friday and at lunch but the first in first out ordering system needs to be evaluated at this location for app orders. The sandwich was delicious and the new toasted option is great.

I visit this location often and had my first delivery tonight. One of the sandwiches was incorrect. The employee I spoke with on the phone apologized profusely and the correct sandwich was on my front steps quickly and it was fantastic.

Good location, got my order quickly, it was made correct.
One of my go-to spots when passing through and need a bite to eat. Parking is limited however, and if you’re pulling a trailer it can be tough, better to park on a side street, stretch your legs and walk on over.

Can't say much for the atmosphere as I didn't stay but had it delivered, The food was not very good and there was a lot of cross-contamination that got me sick due to my allergies. Service all I can say is my delivery. Driver was definitely not the nicest.

If I could give a 0 star I would! I got a reg Turkey Tom and asked if they could do half with no mayo and lettuce as my son and I were splitting it and they told me no. They could just provide stuff on the side. So I said okay. We got our sandwhich to go and besides it feeling light weight (I didn’t think the check to. We left and opened it find hardly any meat in it and no cheese or tomatoes, which I never said to exclude, not to mention the bread tasted like it was 3 days old and so stale. $8 for an over priced piece ‘sandwhich’ if that’s what you want to call it.

Moved to the area recently and always placed the same order at the Eau Claire locations. Was told that I couldn't order my sandwich and had to get the full size, not the slim....I guess the customer isn't always right. The clerk didn't ask if I had rewards and said sorry once he finished my transaction........Poor customer service and mid sandwiches........I'll go somewhere else from now on!!!!
