We ordered for delivery. They said 20 minutes. Called an hour later. We never received are order. They said they delivered it. I said we never received the food. I asked for a credit. Keith a manager hung up on me immediately. I called back and he said its not there responsibility. Someone must have stole it because the delivery driver said they rang the bell. Ive been sitting by the door the entire time. No one pulled up and no one rang the bell. The food was never delivered! I have a 27.00 charge and no food and they are refusing to credit. Complaint filed with corporate. Asked the manager his name. He said Keith and then said I could use it all day long. Rudest customer service ever.

Moved to town within the last three months and have become a regular customer at the establishment with a very consistent order of the hunters club with extra of my favorite toppings

Since I started coming here, they have hands-down become my favorite Jimmy John’s of all time every time they fulfill my needs, no hassle and amazing customer service with a friendly atmosphere.

This has happened to me twice now. I order food around 4:50. It said out for delivery at 4:58, and being that my place is within 10 minutes of the store I was getting a little concerned when minute 25 came and went. I checked the tracker, and it said my food had been delivered. I opened my door there it was sitting there. No knock nothing. I had specifically asked them in delivery instructions to knock after the last time this happened. The food had clearly been sitting there for a minute as the sandwich was not fresh at all. It was a weird luke warm temperature like everything had warmed slightly while waiting at the door, and the mayo was starting to soak into the bread. Jimmy John's used to be great, but im utterly disappointed lately.

So I came in and got 3 sandwiches. One was a BLT got it home and it was the bread and 3 pieces of bacon. Guess they can’t figure out what BLT stands for. Cost $25 for 3 sandwich’s left 15% tip ask the guy if he could put it in the bag. Guess not he tossed the bag at me. Plenty of other places to eat.

Drove 10+ miles from Eau Claire to pick up a delivery and when I got there the guy working tells me that he didn't make the order because it was just gone. I've heard some lame excuses in my day but come on, bro, orders don't just dissappear into thin air. Seems more to me like he just didn't want to make the order because they were closing soon. Do better, please!

I ordered 1 sandwich via the app because I was running late and needed to get a quick lunch. Needless to say there wasn't much for quick involved. I got to the store 10+ minutes after placing my order even though my order still didn't show it was ready. I waited in the store for anouther 10+ minutes and no update. Meanwhile people walking in off the street were placing orders and getting their sandwiches before mine was ready. 35 minutes after placing my order I walked up to the counter and they got my order for me. The team has got to do better than that. I know it was Friday and at lunch but the first in first out ordering system needs to be evaluated at this location for app orders. The sandwich was delicious and the new toasted option is great.

I visit this location often and had my first delivery tonight. One of the sandwiches was incorrect. The employee I spoke with on the phone apologized profusely and the correct sandwich was on my front steps quickly and it was fantastic.
