Josef's Cheesecake Cupcakes

I work at Dove Healthcare. Tonight on Valentine's day we were serving supper and they changed the ice cream dessert to Josef's Cheesecake mini red velvet cheesecakes that he donated for our residents!! Such an kind gesture not to mention they were absolutely delish. There was even enough for a few staff to try them and I'm obsessed 😍

We were swinging through Chippewa Falls, and picked up some cheesecakes, cookies and dill pickle bread. It was all awesome.

We met Josef who was a cool guy. But he’s a mad man who makes 12 different kinds of mini cheese cakes everyday. I’m definitely coming back. Loved it.

I love his cheesecakes! There are so many flavors and they taste phenomenal. The ingredients are simple but he plays with different flavors and is always adding new things. I also love that he cators events. I can't wait to order a custom cheesecake for a family event. I usually buy a bunch and freeze them for later. A great treat!

Unfortunately my story begins with a misunderstanding. We ordered 12 gluten free cupcakes for my son's wedding. When we came to pick them up, they had 12 dozen of them. I picked them all up, not knowing any better, but upon my return was informed of the error. We called back to Josef's and explained what happened and they were extremely fair with us, allowing us to return some of them. Last note, at the reception people were raving about those cupcakes. They were excellent!

The best gluten free cupcakes!

If you are looking for sweets, Josef’s is the way to go. For such a small place, they have a large assortment of single serve (which really could feed two) cheesecakes with any flavor you could think of. The macarons are rich and well made. They also have cookies, cannolis, donuts and lots of other stuff defining on the day. If you looking for something to satisfy that sweet tooth, this is the way to go.
Josef’s also did a large order of cheesecakes for my wedding last summer. The ordering process was easy and I picked out what cheesecakes I wanted made and some i thought up. They were ready to go on pickup and looked great!

Parking: There is parking in the front. I’ve only ever seen a few cars there and have been able to park no problem.

Josef's was so easy to work with when choosing them to cater our wedding dessert. They are responsive to emails as well. They tasted absolutely amazing! All of our guests loved the macaroons and the mini cheese cake cupcakes. The pick up process was simple and they were well packaged! I would recommend their dessert to anyone in the area!

They went out of their way to make a lactose free raspberry cheesecake for us as we have lactose intolerant family members and it was amazing! I personally can eat dairy so I was hesitant on if it would taste as good as a ‘normal’ cheese cake but it was even better! Thank you!! Can’t wait to come back and try another flavor!

Cheesecake is definitely one of my favorite treats. I stop in and treat myself every so often. Nick knows I love the mixed berry cheesecake. Today I stopped in right before he closed and he added some berries to an existing blackberry cheesecake. After a bad day at work this really made my day.
