I love KFC chicken. I always have. And their mashed potatoes and gravy. What I don’t like is that they got rid of the potato wedges and added French fries?? Also, they are gross. I was shocked at the price for a small family meal, but almost all fast food places shock me now. This particular KFC was very friendly and the service was quick, food was warm and fresh. That cannot be said for all of them. I have been to some with very bad management and service. Some that are constantly running out of chicken for no explainable reason. So all in all, I’d rate this as one of the better KFC’s I’ve been to.

Lobby was dirty and very cold . I dont recommend eating in side un less you where your jacket and long underwear. Portions are very small with a big price never will come back

We ordered food from this location on Sunday we got home they got our order wrong ,the chicken didn't taste fresh I had two thighs it was burnt like it been sitting out and didn't taste fresh , then today I was sick to my stomach so who knows if it was the chicken or not . Wont be going back sad .

ordered an 8 piece chicken dinner tonight. chicken was dry, cold & tasteless. seemed like they made the chicken before the Packers game & we bought the leftovers. very disappointed for the expensive dry chicken dinner! 😡

If I could, I would give a zero star. I went there last night and ordered an 8 piece family meal. I had to repeat my order multiple times, I guess the kid at register couldn't understand English to well. Arrived home and discovered that when you order all dark meat they take it literally, I ordered original recipe and the chicken was dark brown and crispy, it also tasted burnt. I normally like KFC, but I will never spend money at this location. Horrible food for high price.

My husband order a 8 peice Original bucket of chicken last night. He brought it home chicken was super greesy and almost burnt on the outside.It must of been sitting out to long and not cook properly. I tried one bite and had to spit back out because it was so greasy and not cooked right. My husband had to go back to KFC and show them the food. They replaced the food but gave us the extra crispy chicken because the original chicken was to greasy and over cooked. This is the 2 time we had to return food, because of bad food. ? ? We are better off cooking our own chicken. To top it off I was reading in the comments about this place someone also said that they keep a list of customers who complain so they know who you are if you habe to complain more than once. I'm not sure if that is true or not. But it is a bit upsetting to read that. ???
