I stopped in on my way home from Madison. The staff, locals, and burger with a side of homemade coleslaw deserve five stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
🥺Slow service, 15+ minutes for a waitress, she WAS pleasant, but lacked knowledge of food.
Food marginal, burger warm, fries cool (temperature).
Outdoor tables in POOR repair, one with a screw(s) protruding that could snag clothing, appeared to have been that way for MONTHS, some repairs attempted, but incomplete (loose NEW board).
They keep trying to change the date of fatfar. It’s clear that they don’t care about tradition. For that reason alone I would not support this place. And if you don’t wanna float down the river, just know that it is free and this place does not own the event for the river.
