Nice employees, inconsistent food especially for McDonald's standard (unmelted cheese, pink burgers if you don't like that, cold fries kind of thing). Speakers in the lobby occasionally break and cause annoying screeching.

This has got to be the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been too. They got my food wrong. Forgot all the sauces to the nuggets. I stood up there for at least 10 minutes and not a single person came to help me. It was a little busy but five workers stood and were talking. They kept looking over at me. After ten minutes someone FINALLY came to see what I needed.

Was a horrible experience! Ordered food and didn’t get it all! And what food we did get burgers were thrown together half assed with burnt onions on them! Fries were cold. Never going to this McDonald’s again!!!

I ordered through the app again. But yet again, no employee seems to actually look at the order specifics. So I'm being over charged for upgrades I didn't get and also my order is made wrong.

Ordered fries with meal, and while we had to wait for fries were served the bottom pan.
Ordered sundaes as well and they were on the expo table before any other food was done, served melted.

This place needs help. Waited for 15 minutes in the drive through to eventually go into the store and realize no one knew we were out there nor knew what our order was? Didn't even get our full order because we were not going to wait anymore.

Went there for breakfast had the 2 breakfast burritos meal the size of them where a 1 1/4" thick by 6inches long how pathetic. Will not go to McDonald's again cost 9.50

Ordered online before 10:30 put my card in on the app for no reason at all because they don’t even charge your card to begin making the food until you arrive, so anyways I show up 5 minutes late with my order already placed and they inform me they can’t make the food as I am late even though the app said I can order until 10:29
I was ordering food and the lady kept cutting me off and then I get my food.. I check to make sure all items are in the bag.. score they were but got home only find out that my quarter pounder only onion was a quarter pounder only lettuce.. warm lettuce is disgusting... Seriously people .. I worked there.. it's not a hard job

This was the WORST customer service I have ever received. I smiled and said hello at the first window. She didn’t greet me and gave me the dirtiest look….then shouted at the vehicle in front of me because they passed her window. Even when I said “Thank you” I was given an eye roll. Then, at the pick up window, the employee didn’t acknowledge my existence. She handed out the bag and shut the window. I worked at McDonalds for 3 years. This paid behavior absolutely blows my mind.
On top of it all, I kindly asked to substitute the folded egg with a rounded egg…and I received a discolored scrambled mess on my biscuit. Thanks.
