They have good food if you go at the right time. They don't swap anything out for fresh food so go at a busy time and it should be ok.

I was there on December 9. I get buffet takeout. Their price was up to $17 for evening, and their takeout containers are now smaller than previously. There were no fried shrimp, Other menu items looked leftover from yesterday. The chicken in one tub was rock hard. The manager lady at the till doesn't smile, doesn't greet people, and doesn't thank them after they pay. I think they need a different hostess.
