By far worst subway I've ever ate at. Meat and veggies were still partially frozen, there was hair in the cookies. The Pepsi was WATER, litterally. It was clear and tasted like water. Would not recommend this subway at all!

Food is fresh and the deals are still good. I have it a 5 because there's these two guys working Junior and Ben. They were great. It seems like they enjoy their job and we're super courteous and patient with detailed with my order. They were funny btok and more places need some laughter behind the counter. I never get a Philly cheese steak anywhere else. Made to order and toasted hot extra cheese please. The place was clean and I got service right away even. With a shirt line and the drive thru/doordash going on.

I had originally gave this location a higher rating. But the last year or so there is a very disrespectful, rude worker there. I get physically anxious when I see her. She makes you feel like your doing her wrong for ordering. I understand people have bad days and anxiety sucks. (I have kids, several) I ordered three subs with chicken teriyaki, meat heated and she signed and rolled her eyes. Threw the subs down the line and was very offput by my order. I skipped my sandwich that day to avoid staying there longer.

I don't know who the young woman was that made my sandwich, but it was the best sandwich that i've had from Subway in a very long time. She was also very polite.Thank you.

If you order through the app, be sure you are sending to the right location! If you accidentally send it to this one, you will never get your money back. Or a response from Subway customer service. I called the store as soon as I saw the mistake on the order confirmation. The two girls working said neither of them could do refunds and to call and have the manager do it the next day. Called the next morning and the manager said the girls from the night before closed out all the orders the previous night and I’d have to call again the next day when the store manager was working. Called the next day and the store manager said she’d try to find it and refund me. All week, nothing. Two complaints to Subway Customer Service, nothing. My bank is unfortunately not the best at small dollar amount issues, so I’ll just consider it a loss. If no one can do a refund, at least offer a gift card or free sandwiches to that amount next visit. Doing absolutely nothing speaks volumes.

Love subway but they need to get their priorities straight. If online orders and in person orders can’t be prioritized at the same time stop doing online orders. We did an online that was supposed to be picked up at 5:10 and it’s going on 5:30 soon. People keep coming in and they keep pushing our order of to the side which is getting very frustrating. May I add last time we came here we went in drive thru and went up to the window and some random girl was in the back with a subway worker assuming girlfriend since they were kissing and he couldn’t stop grabbing at her and pulling her in?!?

Website and store doors say open until 10pm, but the lobby was locked at 920, and the drive through kiosk was shut off. A little annoying when the open sign is on, and there’s employees inside. If your hours change, just update them.

The vegetables are always in poor condition and the employees don't even say hello and have the nerve to have a tip bucket out. Try taking better care of the ingredients and having a personality you might make some tips
Always seemed to have good service, but not this time? Went through drive thru and it took awhile to get sub. Then when I got it, not very friendly customer service. Got home to eat, WOW... Hardly no steak meat, I added bacon, would have never know it. Little cheese, mostly spinach and tomatoes ☹️ Definitely not impressed at all.

Website shows they close at 10, girl locked the doors in my face at 905
Cold atmosphere. All the woman there talk to each other but not you. Two of them just were dinking around. FOUR workers but only one actually working. Took 20 minutes to make me two sandwich’s while the one lady was on her phone. Rude and disrespectful. No work ethic. If I showed up and I was the manager they would all be fired. Awful service. Didn’t even hand me my sandwich’s I had to reach for them.

Had to grab a quick "healthy" meal for family, on 08/10/24, and this was the only nearby Subway. I was the only person in line. The older worker with the colored hair wouldn't make eye contact, was not friendly, did not smile, say hi, and appeared to hate his job while making the subs. The second worker was not nearly as friendly, didn't smile, didn't say hi, just took my money and left the register. The food was ok. Customer service here is terrible.
