One star is too much. Wait 25 minutes in the drive through (real smart design to have only the single lane so it's impossible to leave) just to be told they're closing. At 1030 on a Monday when they're open until 230am. I was one of six cars in line. Five TBs in this area, and only one of them is worth a damn

Ordered on the app still had to wait for order to be completed. So much for ordering ahead. Then only to get home to find out I only got 2/3s of my Luxe box order. Service is very slow and poor. I am glad that someone had money to waste to buy a franchise for to be closed within a year if this type of service continues. Do better!

Waited in line for maybe a little over 10 minutes for a special seasonal drink and was given it for free for “the long wait”:) made my night! The woman at the window (1/8/26 6:10 pm) apologized for the wait as well! Overall so sweet and will definitely be coming back!

This place is horrible.. they need to clean house and start over with workers and managers. You’ll wait forever for your food just for it to be wrong. And they will 99.9% of the time forget your sauce packets. Don’t ever drive off without checking your bag.

This was the craziest, slowest experience I’ve ever had. I submitted my mobile order at 6:32 (two quesadillas, 2 bowls of plain rice, I side of potatoes.)
Got to the restaurant at 7:00 to pick it up and it hadn’t been started. Ok… so I waited patiently & I stood at the counter for quite a while watching multiple employees use their phones with their gloves on- going back and forth from reaching in their pockets, to touching their dirty phones, touching eachother, then back to people’s food. There was some horsing around, and lots of standing around. There were 6 people on the line and 1 manager sitting in her chair in the back- not sure why these things were happening? After about 40 minutes of waiting between the drive thru and walk in I finally just asked for my money back after they wanted me to go park out front and wait in my vehicle even longer. I was so disgusted and irritated I ended my interaction with a refund at 7:42.

After complaining at the end I was told “we’re all teenagers in here 🤯.” While it’s obvious there are young people working, there’s also a manager sitting down in the back of the store who’s clearly a grown adult. Also, for the record, I work with teenagers in 2 of our local very popular and busy restaurants and they would be canned FAST if they gave service this bad. Being a teenager isn’t an excuse for being irresponsible and inattentive. They would be better off closing for the night than ripping people off like this.

Another Update: Why is it so difficult to get the right type of hot sauce packets? When I ordered I asked for “Hot Sauce” and the person taking my order even repeated those words back to me, yet in my bag was all Mild Sauces. I’m not even complaining that no Taco Bell employee at this location has ever counted the number of packets ever, I get it, counting is hard and it takes time. Choosing to grab from the correct bin though? Too much to ask? I mean, it doesn’t cost any extra time or effort, just better aim. I don’t think these employees understand the importance of this. Without the sauce, Taco Bell food is inedible. With the wrong sauce it’s not much better. Could we train employees to make this a priority? Particularly when the window operator puts the hot sauce in the bag and then stands there doing nothing while the food is being made? I have to believe it’s possible, Taco John’s gets it right every single time.

Update: Wow I just had a great experience here! Staff was polite, they got my order 100% correct, there was meat on every taco and not a single broken shell. And get this: they gave me exactly the number of hot sauce I asked for!!!! Hand to God!!! To the team working it this evening, BRAVO!!!👏 👏👏

Update: Ruh Roh, something happened, drive thru hasn’t moved in about 1/2 hour…

Update: it look like it’s a 1AM one. ☹️. Night shift gets no love. My first visit and the drive thru line is a mile long, looks like this one was waaay overdue!

I really hope that when they open they'll be a 4AM Taco Bell and not one of those lame 1AM Taco Bells, although it will be better than nothing regardless...

had to go thru drive thru at 140a cause couldnt order off the app. wouldnt let me customize which was rather annoying. whomever was wrking last nite doesnt kno how to effectively run a fast food place. 4 items I ordered wer made wrong & extra stuf ordered & paid more for was missing also. its⁴ a good thing noone had an actual allergy to sumthing. & they wer outta rice, no sauces in bag.

It's Taco Bell. The portions are tiny, the prices are oversized, and the line workers are too high to get the ingredients INSIDE the food.
