Food was fine but the place needs a update the booths seats were tearing apart and the stuffing was showing and one staff member was rude to other customers in the drive thru. Someone must have mistaken the place for taco bell or one of their menu items with taco bell and this staff member called them stupid and said this is not taco bell. They didn't say it too the customer but said it behind their back. It wasn't a very welcoming environment anymore when I heard that so ill be staying away from this location.

Over the years the quality of the service, food and accuracy of the order has went from great to almost none existent. Over the last 5 visits 4 of them had something wrong with the order. Because of this I have decided to just take my business else where.

Very subpar food. Nasty burrito and wife had a quesadilla that only ate half. Ole's even sucked. The Manager and employees were bitching about everything about their life and job. Not professional at all. Should work harder and shut up. Taco John's used to be great....not this one. Ick Time to close this one too!

Will not be returning to this Taco John's location again. The food was poorly assembled, I was charged for a drink that should have come with my meal as I ordered a combo, $20 of not wonderful food and subpar service that I have not come to expect. It's bad when the teenagers at the other food chains treat you better than grown adults working on a Saturday morning.

I tried to order food. The manager pulled the counter person off taking my order. I used the bathroom while waiting. The urinal won’t flush and the sink won’t turn off. The customers before had some sort of problem. I stood at the counter while both people in the store looked at me, didn’t say a word. Wouldn’t take my order so I left. Eat there at your own risk. Looking at the condition of the store and attitude of the workers it was too big of a risk for me
It should not take twenty minutes to get a beef burrito. And when it did get here, it was cold. And tasted awful.

we came to this location as a stop on our robotics trip. everyone that went to this restaurant is now throwing up, sick, or both. the others that chose the mcdonald’s across from it are perfectly fine.
