I love the Walmart bakery. I've only ever had one bad cake from there and it was because whoever made it, covered up my custom picture partly with a border and didn't put the sides on right, but otherwise every other cake I've ever gotten was perfect, tasty and always done on time. I love going to the bakery. It's so decently priced and the cake and buttercream is the best! I come here for more than just custom cakes too.
