Very nice bar and grill hidden away in this small town. Burgers and cheese curds were hot, and the beer was cold. What more could you want? Staff was friendly and fast.

This gem in the small city of Clayton is the Wisconsin Bar/Restaurant you are looking for when traveling through. Seating is spacious, clean, with plenty of bar seating too. Always great service, delicious food options, and daily/weekly specials. Our favorites are the broasted chicken with jojo potatoes and all of their burgers. Beer is off-sale too.

Outstanding marks for this place. We were in the area for an extended weekend with our family and dined on Friday night. It was so good we brought our entire family back for prime rib dinners on Saturday night. It was a large group and the place was packed with a big birthday party. In short, they accommodated us within minutes and can't say enough good things about this place.

This place is awesome. Walk in and it's really nice Northwoods type of place. I ordered the badger backer burger with corn nuggets . Food was cooked perfectly and tasted amazing. Waitress was new but she was very prompt and very friendly. I will be back here to eat many more times. Highly recommend this place to go eat or have a drink. Also had their original bloody mary which was also as expected amazing.

Went in. The bartender looked at me a little weirdly. A nice young kid took my order it was a prime Rib sandwich....it was not prime Rib it tasted like a Philly cheese steak sandwich. I asked for super rare and he told me it was up to the cook to give that. As I said when I got the sandwich it was not prime Rib...it was top sirloin. And it was fully cooked ....it wasn't good by Philly cheesesteak standards ....But the idea that they thought they could pass off sirloin for prime Rib Is astounding.
