To start, their customer service was great. The fish feast we had was missing the coleslaw. I called, they made a note and I went back next day to get it. Super sweet older lady took care of it and was so nice about it. Plus we had ordered their cod fish sandwiches which definitely beat out Arby's and McDonald's for how much fish was on it. And had a better price than the others. Both the fish feast and sandwiches were great for Friday Lent options!

We were traveling, and I went in to place an order for the family. Initially, I just wanted to grab a coffee, but I didn’t realize they don’t serve coffee. Since I wasn’t familiar with the place and saw they offer American food like burgers, I decided to order something, as we still had a long drive ahead.
I ordered two double-double mushroom onion melts and a kids’ meal. When the food arrived, I noticed my sandwich only had one patty. I wasn’t sure if that was how their double-double usually comes, since I’m unfamiliar with their menu, but after checking my order and seeing only one piece of meat, I asked, “Is this how your double-double comes?”
By then, the manager had come out, looked at the sandwich, and confirmed that it was incorrect. She told them to go ahead and remake the proper double-double. I was informed it would take a little time.
I let the staff member who was making the food know that I’d wait in the car because the music inside was too loud. He acknowledged me and said okay.
After about five minutes, I came back to check on the order and found that they had closed. I started knocking on the door to get their attention. The same woman who had taken my order and the other man she was working with saw me — but acted like they didn’t. It was really upsetting.
Eventually, the manager was informed I was outside, and she brought the corrected order to me. I explained how frustrating the whole situation had been — that we were traveling, unfamiliar with the restaurant, and that I had clearly told one of the staff members I’d be waiting in the car. It felt very inconsiderate to be left outside knowing they were about to close.
The manager apologized and said she thought I had gone to the bathroom and wasn’t told I was waiting outside. She did allow me to keep the original order along with the corrected one, and I appreciated that — but overall, it was still a very unpleasant experience.
The burgers corrected burgers were salty compared to the incorrect one.

Clean and cozy but a little slow. Would’ve been fine but the gentleman taking orders was grumpy and annoyed that you would dare order from him. He was more friendly when he brought out our food though. Food was a tad greasy (it’s A&W) but also hot and crispy. Also expensive but I suppose that's fast food these days. Overall fine experience for fast food.
