One or two employees know how to do their job, the service is mediocre at best and the assistant manager, Crystal, is a complete joke.
The store is always dirty and too nasty to sit and eat. Too bad they have all those cleaning supplies but don't use them. The counter top isn't even attached to the counter!
If you ever eat here and get sick, there's no question about why! Disrespectful employees, disgusting store, terrible comments and rude remarks towards coworkers and customers alike, and they can't even ring orders up right half the time!!!
ALWAYS ask for the receipt before you leave with your food poisoning.

I really enjoyed my few minutes inside it was clean, staff, very friendly and quick and making their meals. The toppings appear to be fresh and the first bite was great!!!

Ordered through subway app when I pulled up both employees were playing cards and only got up to start making sandwiches after I was sitting in my car for 5 mintues outside then they got up to check the system for if they had an order.

The 12inch white bread was really hard to chew and the Italian n herb cheese 12inch was really hard and to chew.they both were really nasty yesterday.

I have never had a bad experience at a subway till now. i went in getting my usual sub so i’ve seen it made multiple times. the kids making the subs clearly didn’t know what they were doing. and when i told them i needed egg on my sub they looked at me and laughed. one kid asked his friend/co worker to go grab them. he didn’t know where they were. all three of them had to walk into the back and grab 8 eggs. they were frozen so they threw them in the microwave for probably 3-4 minutes. the kid made our sandwiches and when we got them. the egg was still frozen in the middle. why didn’t they have eggs ready and thawed?? very very disappointed in this subway and it’s staff.

I had ordered a protein bowl, I recently had baratric surgery and can't have a sandwich. It was ham, spinach, green peppers and cucumbers. They put it all in the bowl. Didn't cut the ham and when I asked them to they said they can't. I got a fork and asked if they had a plastic knife and they said no. But they had spoons. So I ate a couple bites of my cucumber and had to tear the ham with my fingers. If your customers asks you cut the ham, you should cut the ham. Was very put off.

I would give this location no stars if it gave me option. I think a 1 is even too much. I rarely eat subway and I am reminded tonight why I don’t. Stop in there a little before 7 pm. Walk up to the counter and the two ladies were DEEP cleaning the whole area. I continue to stand there and they ignore me. I then ask what time they close, thinking maybe they were doing their end of shift wash down. The one lady tells me they close at 9. That was end of conversation. They went on to ignore me, I proceeded to ask if I wasn’t going to be served until they were done cleaning and they told me yup. And then went back to cleaning (and by cleaning I mean slowing flicking off the food on the edges and slowly attempting to wipe it up) and silently chatting amongst themselves. Customer service SUCKS. no we will be right with you, just let us get this cleaned up. Absolutely nothing. I do not walk into a subway to be ignored while they do a deep clean during open hours. That would be like McDonalds doing a full clean on their fryers during shift and not telling their customers and just making the cars line up while they do it. Not acceptable at all
