5 piece, 3 piece and chicken sandwich all dry! My double papa burger was good. Definitely not satisfied for $63.00! I live right down the street and would rather go to wautoma. Never disappointed there. Ordered on app husband went to pick it up on time and had to wait for the chicken!

Double Papa Burger was very good. Onion rings, too. Grilled chicken tenders where good but could have Been done more. However, they were so juicy that they leaked through the box which makes for a difficult situation if you have to eat in the car. Got extra onions at no charge 👍 Condiments were missed - that was the biggest disappointment. Fries without ketchup and onion rings without ranch just doesn't cut it. As for packaging to go - all the napkins on the bottom - might have been a good thing as they soaked up most of the chicken juice. Overall, I don't get fast food often at all. This confirms one of the reasons. However, the food quality was fine.
Update: I added another star because of the personal and quick response. That's great customer service.
The chicken sandwich was rubbery, the person sweeping had no regard for personal space. Sweeping under our table and moving the chair at our table while we are eating.

This A&W is always the best. Consistent food every time - perfect chicken tenders and they always give a huge portion of sauce! Rootbeer floats are always filled past the brim. Service is fast. You won’t be skimped out at this location.
