Every time we get the curly fries it literally like eating the left over crumbs that are over cooked. Luckily we have a better Arby’s by us and this is a stopping point. I wouldn’t even had said anything if this wasn’t a constant accruing thing.

Service is usually pretty mixed here, most people working are usually pretty nice but it can take a while in line.
Food is also usually decent, although the mac and cheese was terrible.

We love Arby's but the roast beef sandwiches were cold and had an old taste at this place. We've been to the one in West Bend numerous times and never had this happen.
The food was good, the one thing that was not. Is the service as a customer why would you not say you were closing if you were close to it. Honestly we didn't know what time this arbys closed but we arrived 10 minutes before and ordered something big. Now I know that must suck to do that but it does not permit poor surface we a lot of attitude. The worker was disrespectful if it was so close to closing time that tell us and we would have left not give us a dirty look then walk away. If your gonna be connected to a gas station be prepared for late night tourist orders
