- Drive-thru is incredibly slow and during peak times you can wait as long as 25 minutes - Staff doesn't seem to have a sense of urgency regardless of where you are dining (inside or drive-thru) - Appears to have a high staff turnover - They are often out of items, even burger patties - They often get your order wrong, making you have to go back to get everything - I hope you like cold french fries - They rarely include the toy in the kids meal - Save yourself the hassle and go to the Culver's next door, you'll have a much better experience

Went to get dinner after working a long day. Ordered my food, got to the window and it says no $50 or $100 bills. So they refused my $50 bill for my $15 order. I then left, went across the street to kwik trip where they happily took my $50 bill in exchange for a $3 soda and gave me my $47 in change. I then went back to burger king across the street and Ordered a Wednesdays whopper meal with a chocolate shake. The whopper was missing the purple bun, and they gave me fries instead of the onion rings it was supposed to come with. I'm not from the area and was passing through on my way home after a long day. Got down the road a few minutes and noticed my order wasn't right. After all the b.s. I had to go through to get a meal from them and then they messed it up. Really made my night I tell you.

Mike and Tiffany were the only 2 employees working during the dinner rush, yes they were behind, however watching them work as a team was a refreshing experience as a customer. Keep up the great work guys you deserve raises!

Me and my boyfriend and our friend stopped here on August 3rd at around 6 pm to get food the customer in front of us was upset and asking for corporates number and the female manager went off on him having an attitude and cussing at him and the atmosphere became very violent I will not be going back to this location if she stays on the crew I left without even ordering anything because of her violent attitude she claims to know corporate and the other manager on shift was there I believe his name is bo and he did absolutely nothing to stop her from having an attitude or fighting with the customer this is not how an establishment is supposed to be run i understand that when you are short on staff things get stressful but you are never supposed to approach a customer with that demeanor

We didn't get to eat to eat here their menu kept disappearing before we could read it..I asked for a 6 piece king kids chicken nuggets or tenders or whatever they called them ..she came back and said we don't have chicken nuggets but is apparently too dumb to figure it out...
