This is the second year we have done our daughter's birthday party at Columbus cardinal lanes and will definitely be back, Sarah the event planner was phenomenal and great to work with ! They also had our daughter pick out a painted pin for everyone to sign which she absolutely loved! Thank you everyone who helped make this day so special for our daughter ❤️

We decided on Cardinal Lanes for our Friday night fish dinner. I had baked haddock with waffle fries & rye bread. My hubby had the battered perch with tater tots. Delicious!

Poor service. Waited over 30 minutes for food and there was only 3 of us. They were not very busy either. Server only asked one person what they wanted to drink. Meals didn’t come out at the same time. They automatically put tip on debit card. We feel they didn’t earn a tip. Never again will we go back.

Awesome place.. Bartender Joe is on point and the women in the kitchen do amazing jobs. The food is very good..I highly recommend this place.. People are very friendly laid back joint..Just like any other business if service is slow relax because the out come is worth it.. this isn't fast food or drive though bar.. slow down relax and enjoy the atmosphere..okay this is part 2. Heather is awesome bartender as Erin is also.. again food wise the women in the kitchen knocked it out the park!!!! Awesome WINGS!!¡!! Special shout out to Heather you go far and beyond expectations!!!! They are lucky to have you.. And that goes for all of you there.. its team work!! Well oiled machine..Thank you

Infinite stars for this place. I came here once and I will come here again. Service is good, they check up on how things are going. They are good at keeping tabs and there's pool, bowling, arcade, some gambling machine and so much. Will make sure to visit again.

Great place with s variety or things to do along with bowling. Bingo some nights and arcade like space. There's hand painted bowling pins there as you walk in. Hosting birthdays is listed call them for details. I may do that someday as bowling on my birthday sounds delightful. I only bowl under 200 though I am not league material. Great staff also very polite and helpful.

Could not even get a drink. Sat at the bar and were just ignored. We thought we give this place one more chance. Mistake. Should have just stayed at the Town Tap where the ladies were busting their butts and at least acknowledging people when they came in. You can tell just from one year ago that they have less business. Do better. Pay your staff so they can provide good service.
It was a good experience but we got over charged on our bill and were not compensated. Will give them a 2nd chance. Thank you.

Food was sub par. Service was awful, got double charged for drinks and bowling. Tried to get it taken care of but nothing was done about it. They even admitted to over charging and said “you should’ve come up sooner” but, waiting 45 minutes to talk to someone doesn’t seem to help.
