Went thru the drive thru, ordered 2 concrete mixers. Waited almost 20 minutes after paying. Went in and she pulled them out of somewhere and just handed them over no carrier or napkins and said we’re short staffed. Got home and needed to use a straw for the mixers!!!!! She said they are short staffed but everyone behind us was getting their food and leaving so what was the real problem????? Better off going to beaver dam will probably be quicker!!!!! Very dissatisfied and this isn’t the first time this has happened!!!!!

I ordered my concrete mixer wrong and didn’t realize until it was brought to me. The employee proceeded to accuse me of messing it up on purpose so I could get a free one as well ( the one they messed up) being how young he was I assume he was just repeating what his coworkers were saying inside. This was very disappointing

Attempted a take out on Friday night . Waited for over 30 minutes. Was waiting behind several orders ahead of mine. Then watched two couples who walked up to counter an order after my order get their multi bag take out orders before mine order of two no topping double cheese burger came. Ask for refund and left wasn't happy with service.

Food was good service was also good but when I was eating my food I noticed something and pulled out a hair in my burger hate to leave a bad review but it was not pleasant
The concern is the portion size for a scoop of FOTD and mashed potatoes and gravy. Stingy! And a few less flies would be helpful for the atmosphere. Ick.
