We ordered two Cod sandwich baskets for dine in. One sandwich arrived very hot as you would expect for deep fried fish, but the other was luke warm. Obviously, this one was not made to order. The fries were both good and hot. More attention to quality needed here.

The man taking our orders was competent, but his clothing was filthy dirty - not acceptable for food service. He also delivered our ice cream to the table, and dandruff/dust from him fell all over our table.

Took 30 minutes to get a burger. I timed it. Do not come here unless you have time to kill. I tried calling management to make a complaint and never got through. Pretty unacceptable for "fast food."

The order ahead didn't work as they refused to process the order and we sat for 35 minutes awaiting or order final we gave up and asked for a refund and then the order magical appeared cold burgers and melted ice cream. Super fun evening.

Do not order online at this Culver’s unless you have a lot of time to wait. If you’re traveling, just keep driving and go to Sun Prairie or Beaver Dam.I put in an order 15 minutes in advance of my arrival. When I arrived 5 minutes before my scheduled pick up time, I clicked I’m here. I waited 15 minutes in my car and still didn’t have my order. I went inside to check on it. The girl took my name and when she asked if they had my order, another worker said “probably not”. She checked the system and said it was “still coming through the pipe” and I had to keep waiting. She had no idea when it would be ready. Everyone in the drive thru got their food faster than I did. There was even some people who went inside, sat down and ate their food and left before I got my food. I went inside after 30 minutes and asked for a refund. The older gentleman at the cash register was nice, but didn’t know what to do. Another lady said they “didn’t have the power to give refunds from the website”. They just told me they were really busy. I know for a fact the people in the drive thru got through faster because I saw those cars drive away. This store cannot handle the online order system and should not be using it.

Different from our local Culver's (teenage employees) . Friendly service , food was fresh and goodKid-friendliness: 3 kids meals deconstructed , bags, napkins and food all separate on the tray....

Didn't get the order right, asked for no lettuce on my burger, got lettuce on the burger, the burger was cold and could tell it wasn't fresh, no ice in the soda, so that was warm, totally unhappy with the whole experience, definitely will not eat at this location again, I guess that's what happens when you have a bunch of school kids working.

There aint room in this town for a faster Culvers, because this one has the slowest in the midwest.Food will get out to you fresh, but forget the "fast food" aspect because it takes twenty minutes, whether you eat inside or out. And, believe me, I have experienced it plenty.I really hope they can improve to meet the standard of almost every other Culvers in terms of speed.Edit: Notice how the owner gave a corporate response and requested I do more to make their own business better. Corporate speak for "I don't care." If they did, they'd take this advice, the same advice of a bunch of people as it is a common problem, and do something about it. We need to go through an extra step, why? Just fix it.

We were on vacation and it was the first Culver as I seen so I stopped because I love their fish. I was extremely disappointed my fish was extremely overcooked bread was hard fries were cold I'm guessing I just made a wrong choice in choosing this
