It's hard to go wrong with Jimmy John's. The atmosphere is pretty standardized. Funny signs on the walls in every one of them. This one was very clean. The food is always good if you know what you're expecting. The service, as per usual, is disappointing. Usually the employees don't even make eye contact with me. This one wasn't a change.

I really love JJ Subs we had one issue my son and I but we took the sub back they had no problem and given the money back but we didn't want that we wanted another sandwich made they didn't fuss argue or nothing, now that's another customer service that I really like so yes we do order quite often. I just love me some JJ's

You order food to your specific because you are allergic to items or you just don't like certain items!! The last month and a half I Specifically order a sandwich with NO ONIONS!! EVERY SINGLE SANDWICH IN THE LAST MONTH AN A HALF EITHER HAD A CHUNCK OF ONION OR THE TOMATOES AND LETTUCE TASTE LIKE ONION BECAUSE THE EITHER HAVE THEM NEXT TO EACH OTHER WHEN MAKING SANDWICHES OR THEY ARE STORED BY THE ONION!! I have complained several times and all they do is give me a free sandwich which is very rich in onion flavor or has a chunck of onion on it. THIS IS HOW PEOPLE GET SICK OR HAVE A MAJOR ALLERGIC REACTION!! PAY ATTENTION TO WHAT YOUR DOING!!!!

Good food. Friendly staff. Delivery times can really vary (by 30 minutes) so I have switched to ordering ahead and pick it up myself.

I order a bootlegger and was not given the correct sandwich. When i got home and realized i had the wrong sub i called. They said they would credit my account. That was 8-13-23 and i still have not got a refund.

So, I haven't personally dined here but my mom does. She lost her partner of 13 years suddenly. Tonight, she had called a local pizza place that wouldn't deliver to her because her order was 12 cents shy of what they require for delivery. They weren't willing to budge either. So, she called Jimmy John's. Not only did the girl in the phone show her kindness and care, they bought her meal, delivered it, AND included a card and flowers. I'm 800 miles away from my mom right now, so someone showing her this kind of kindness in her time of grief is so very appreciated. Thank you to the staff of this store.

I ordered a sandwich for delivery and when I opened it the bread was hard as a rock. I called and they sent a new one right away and even included a free brownie for the trouble. It was very nice of them. Usually have good food/service from Columbus, WI location.
