A comforting delight of a restaurant that was perfect. The food, the coffee, the atmosphere was so nice. It's very homey - it felt like I was going to a family's house.

Snack and coffee were good. Ambiance not memorable in lieu of being treated as a total inconvenience to the shopkeeper having lunch with her friend. She didn't smile, say hello, offer any warmth, or even say thank you for coming! I asked what kind of pastry was in the case and was told flatly to give her "a minute". There were no other customers in the cafe. I can't recall feeling less welcome in an establishment in recent history. It's a shame because I was looking forward to enjoying my snack and coffee with the view of the trains passing by; instead, I inhaled my food so I could get out of there ASAP. Hopefully I'm a one-off in this experience but I wouldn't recommend going here based on how I was treated.

In town for the holiday train and decided to get a warm drink. Friendly staff, good drinks, and the holiday cookies are HUGE and delicious. A great stop with the family.

First coffee and first stop for office work this morning. I stayed for about an hour. Drip coffee was good stuff. With it, a small muffin that was tasty. I sat in the front room where it was definitely chilly. And since the wifi was rather slow, I opted to move on. [Review 20679 overall - 249 in Wisconsin - 1660 of 2023.]

A great spot whether you’re taking the train or not! Great selection of teas, coffee beverages, and treats. Local products from Wisconsin sold too. Highly recommend!

This is a great little coffee house that makes incredible coffee and muffins. I deduct a star because Unfortunately they dont take card, so you have to have cash or use their atm and pay a $3 fee. In mid-2023, there are many affordable POS system options for small business and many of us don’t carry cash in a post COVID world. Otherwise the drinks and treats are outstanding and the service was friendly.

I had the frittata which was excellent, but the homemade bread was almost even more amazing. I love dark roast coffee, so thank you for having it as so many places don't regularly serve it, and your roast is excellent. Thank you for the cute quiet spot to have a meeting with a co-worker.
