A decent McDonald's but not one of the better ones. ie fries a bit older than desired, qtr-pounder with no lettuce though extra onions were seemingly added to compensate.

Really rude condescending staff. They’ve messed up my food a few times and I’ve politely just tried to get the correct order I paid for. Most of the staff don’t speak much English so I don’t know how much they understood. But they knew enough to talk to me like I didn’t know how to order an orange juice with my breakfast instead of the coke they tried to shove at me. Just don’t go there. Unless you speak fluid Spanish. They take no accountability.
I even tried calling the store to get things fixed and no one ever answers. So if you want your food fixed you have to take time and gas out of your day to get it corrected. Never again.

They got my order wrong so I had to go back around in the line and then when I told him I ordered they tell me just to pulled it a second window and they still didn't have my order right and you have to go back and the line they're so worried about how many minutes you're sitting in drive-thru it was kind of ridiculous these kids are running it that's why

If I could give a 0 on all I would. I am completely and utterly disgusted with my experience at this location. I recently ordered a burger from McDonald’s, and it turned out to be one of the worst fast food experiences I’ve ever had. When I opened the burger it seemed to have some sort of mold or fuzz I wish I knew what it was. It was absolutely disgusting and completely ruined my appetite. To make matters worse, when I brought it to the staff’s attention, they didn’t seem concerned at all and did not even apologize. This was after it took me saying “excuse me” to even get their attention because they kept looking at me and ignoring me. A replacement was made but I had to ask for them to remake it as they just threw it away and did not say a word, but by then, I had lost all trust in the food’s cleanliness. This experience left a terrible impression, and I won’t be returning anytime soon.

Check the bag order missing items and nobody answers the phone.
Don't bother stopping especially if it in the morning. Most of the time there is only one worker. Also if you do wait it'll be a long time.

Went there 7/9/24 between 7:30-8:00pm after ballgame the tables were dirty,soda machine was a mess,floor had trash on it.

Horrible service. EVERY time I order a sandwich with no ketchup, theres ketchup on it. Asked them to remake it, they scraped it off & handed right back to me.
This McDonald's has the worst customer service ever! They gave me the wrong sandwich that I didn't notice until I got home. I called and they told me they knew they gave me the wrong sandwich but the drive thru was taking too long so they replaced my sandwich with a totally different sandwich which was also less expensive in price. When I requested a refund because I couldn't go back, they refused and said they would just give me a coupon. Go to Burger King or Taco Bell, stay away from this McDonald's.

Ordered pancakes and a hashbrown. Realized about 5 minutes later I didn't get the hashbrown, came back, waited in line for 10 more minutes (behind two cars). Hands me the hashbrown, no comment, no apologies. Could have made it right with maybe an extra hashbrown but nope.
This location is the slowest in the state of Wisconsin. I generally submit an online order 15 min or so before I reach the location every time the line in the drive through is long so I go in and wait for an additional 10 minutes in the store while the staff ignores the counter
