Ordered pancakes and a hashbrown. Realized about 5 minutes later I didn't get the hashbrown, came back, waited in line for 10 more minutes (behind two cars). Hands me the hashbrown, no comment, no apologies. Could have made it right with maybe an extra hashbrown but nope.

This location is the slowest in the state of Wisconsin. I generally submit an online order 15 min or so before I reach the location every time the line in the drive through is long so I go in and wait for an additional 10 minutes in the store while the staff ignores the counter

Did I a online pickup order. Food was ready however it was cold and the drive through attendee didn't say a word at the window. Just opened the window and stuck his hand out with my order and then shut the window again.

Stopped in at 5:20am this morning trying to get a coffee and something to eat before work, I satin the drive through for 10-15 minutes with no interaction at all. After waiting I simply tried saying hello in a calm and respectful manner and instead of someone responding nicely i instead got told very angrily that they were not open yet despite what it says online and on their own door they were not open and or wanting to serve anything yet. That’s the first time I have personally had a McDonalds in this area act like that I’ve never had an issue at other locations at this time in the morning the others I’ve gone to have always been open and ready to take orders this early in the morning.

Employees not friendly at all. Food was fair, place was clean. Couple that arrived after us, waited 20 minutes, finally went and asked where their food was. Then another 5 minutes to get it. They were not offered an apology or compensation. They didn't call out when orders were ready. Just set them on counter and left. Seems they all hung in the back. This McDonald's is an epic failure

Thought I'd try and get a McRib as long as they are back, I got a McCrispy instead and they got the money for the McRib. Interestingly, can stop into Kwik Trip and get a BBQ rib sandwich and add pickles and onions. Glad we keep hearing about $15/hr.

Waste of money & Slowest Mcdonald’s I’ve ever been to.About 60% of the time something on my order is messed up or missing. My most recent experience was one of the worse -I had a mobile order in the drive-thru.When I got to the window, I waited at least 5 minutes for 2 fries, 4 burgers, and 6 sauces (Im the only one there by the way & it’s 7pm). There were at least 3 people there. Once I got my order, I drove straight home, but I should’ve checked before I left. I received 3/4 correct burgers, extremely soggy/starchy fries, and none of the sauces :(I don’t know if it’s a management issue or just being low-staffed, but I advise not going here.
