Hey y'all, I have used Forward Pharmacy in Columbus for years, going back to when it was Sharrow's Pharmacy, and I have always had good service there. The people know me and know what I need.
Always a great experience!
Not a patient of the pharmacy but have shopped their store for gifts, jewelry, purse, toys & cards. Friendly, caring, helpful staff. Will even carry purchases out to your car. Hometown store.

Lovely store. Friendly staff and quick service at the pharmacy. Nice, non drugstore items, too. This was my first visit, and l am switching my scripts from a "big, box" drugstore to this store. I hesitated posting this due to selfishness on my part, not wanting to give away this gem!! However, they deserve your patronage.
I love having a pharmacy down town! I can walk there, which helps me stay healthy. We have a group that meets most Tuesday mornings, for coffee. A nice cozy place to hang out with friends.

Great service and much less hectic atmosphere than what we usually experience at our local Walgreens. I always feel sorry for the pharmacists there. At Forward, they are much more relaxed and able to focus on the customer.
We have found the staff at the Columbus Pharmacy to always be helpful and friendly. We get most of our shots from Forward Pharmacy and are totally satisfied with their customer service. We rate highly!
Quality coffee and ice cream at reasonable prices. Good service in a relaxed atmosphere. Gift shop has a nice selection of seasonal gifts.

Twice i have come in, stood at the coffee counter with money in my hand probably looking more impatient as time went by, and nobody even acknowledged me. Didn’t leave a review the first time because i work in the service industry. Second time is too much. Not even as much as a “hey man I’ll be tight with ya “ either time. They need a new coffee guy.Julie’s java is unrivaled.
