Went inside and ordered on the screen. Got a beefy 5 layer burrito which comes with beef, refried beans, nacho cheese sauce, sour cream, and cheddar cheese. I added some toppings as a do every time I get a burrito or burrito bowl anywhere as I love a lot of flavors. I added tomatoās, lettuce, onions, black beans, rice, jalapeƱos, and another sauce. After I ordered I could hear 3 staff members talking about my order out loud in the back like I was deaf and like I couldnāt hear them when they were being really loud. They said āthis is like a 12 layer burritoā and āwho needs thisā and āthis is ridiculousā along with some other comments basically calling me fat. Just extremely rude especially when iām within ear shot and can see them. Those are normal burrito toppings and mostly vegetables anyway so I donāt get what the big deal was. And it wasnāt like it was a huge burrito. When I got it it was wrapped perfectly and normal size. Super weird and rude. Burrito still smacked though. Put the fries in the bag.

I was having a really week, and I really was craving a smothered burrito from my childhood. Most Taco Bellās wonāt make it for me the Columbus team is always so kind and helpful, I asked them to make me my smothered burrito and they did, this made my day.. Iām willing drive an hour out to Columbus just to go to this Taco Bell the team is kind, the food is always fresh, and theyāre willing to make me my smothered burrito.

WTH This franchise stopped selling breakfast- the breakfast crunchwraps were the only reason we came to this Taco Bell.
On top of that, when we asked for breakfast the lady was really rude and gave no explanation-
I looked it up. OCT 24 TB gave the option to franchises to stop selling breakfast- according to them only a āsmall amountā have opted out, so if youāre leaving the area for work or something, just go to a Taco Bell in a different city. This is so disappointing.
We did a mobile order very late, and the girls working did amazing! Everything was as ordered including the custom ordered items. Great Job!!
