We heard the advertising for this place and stopped for a late lunch on a Tuesday. The lady working was there solo. We sat at the bar and watched her cook our meals as the kitchen area is right there. She was busy, kept up with customers coming and going, and kept us happy. Burgers and fries were good, soda was cold. Atmosphere is three stars as the bar seating area could use some deep cleaning after hours. Overall a cute place with fun signs and wall decor, good food and service.

The owner came over to talk about the offerings and gave his recommendations. The shrimp po- boy was fantastic, the Wedding Pulled Pork with special coleslaw was likewise outstanding. The owner and clientele (including the former owner, Turk) were all very friendly to us out-of-towners and we had a very good time!

the burgers, fries, tater tots, and the loaded fries are probably the only good thing they serve at this establishment, hard to even consider it a partial restaurant. the chicken n’ rice soup had RAW chicken pieces inside, the soup itself was unappetizing and lukewarm, leads me to believe the chicken was “cooked” in the soup without being grilled or baked first. you’re going to get someone seriously sick!!
