The bathroom smelled awful. Like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. I know that I don’t have use the bathroom, but I needed to while there getting food.

A little disappointed. The lady who took my order talked me into the brisket sandwich. She asked if I wanted sweet or spicy for the sauce. didn't get any sauces for it. Looks like I'm eating some dry brisket

Waited for over 15 min in the drive thru for my food. Staffed seemed uninterested. Got tired of waiting so I had to go inside to ask for my money back

Went to the drive thru at 924pm and waited five mins and no one said anything to me. Store closes at 10pm. I know I’m considered a last min customer but the right thing to do could have been to turn off the lights and the open sign early if you wanted to close down early … I’m an assistant manager so this is just poor performance to me! Thankfully Culver’s is right across the way so they got my business instead.

I came here for a burger I'm staring at a sign here to stay every day burgers, the sign outside says here to stay every day burgers girl looks at me and says we don't have no burgers like I'm nuts for asking. I buy a cookie 1 cookie takes six minutes and it's cold the whole process is taking a prepackaged cookie and heating it and even that was unachievable. I think the food here is decent but I can't even come here because I always get pissed off

This is by far the worst Arby's in Madison. I have come to this location multiple times and almost every single time they are out of roast beef, which if you do an online order they don't tell you until you are already there. I have never waited LESS than 45 minutes for my food and usually it's longer than that. The staff ignores anything you say. I tried asking for a refund instead of a replacement sandwich and was just ignored, I got a burger as a replacement and it literally tasted like a charred piece of cardboard that someone dropped in a toilet. I have contacted Arby's support and have never received any word back. I usually love Arby's but go to quite literally any other location.

Arbys is one of my favorite places to get fast food , this location not so much , fries dumped out , turkey bacon ranch sandwich was awfully, it wasn't ranch dressing on it maybe honey mustard bread was soggy ,missing the bacon disappointed

Overall this a good location. The only issue I have, is that no one ever asks if you would like any sauce. When you do ask for sauce, you never get it. I'm always half way to where I am going before I realize I don't have any sauce. I know there's bigger problems out there in the world, but maybe not having a dry sandwich whenever I stop at this location, would make my day a little better.
