I don’t know what level of expectation I had for an Arby’s, but this place fell short of even that. I was told there was a 30 minute wait for beef at 1030 when lunch started at 10. Then there was a wait on chicken. Then it was the lemonade machine was broken. No shortage of issues. Luckily I caught that they forgot the condiments for our kids meals before leaving. Do yourself a favor and get Culver’s across the street instead.

We often did drive thru and were very pleased with the gyros, French dip and roast beef sandwiches. Last night we tried cheese steak and gyros…the cheese steak was hamburger with cheese sauce(nasty) and the gyros pita fell apart, the meat was either overcooked or recooked,and the sandwich was tasteless. Very disappointing!

The personnel were fantastic, the burger left little to be desired, The burger was much smaller than the bun, in diameter! The flavor wasn't bad, but way too much bread compared to the meat. Again, The flavor wasn't bad, but it was a little dry. Maybe a little overdone! I would prefer overdone than underdone. The fries were good, the crinkle cut fries, had a nice crisp patina. My son had curly fries which were pretty good, and a beef and cheddar sandwich. He liked it, so, there's that, He loves Arby's! I won't ridicule this location, because it doesn't deserve ridicule. Corporate run facilities operate on the whim of those particular corporations. The food is delivered by a certain provider. And that's all I have to say about that also. I would go back in, I just would not order the hamburger. But I don't think people go to Arby's for hamburgers. After all, doesn't Ving Tell us about the meats? 🤌🏽

The bathroom smelled awful. Like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. I know that I don’t have use the bathroom, but I needed to while there getting food.

A little disappointed. The lady who took my order talked me into the brisket sandwich. She asked if I wanted sweet or spicy for the sauce. didn't get any sauces for it. Looks like I'm eating some dry brisket
Waited for over 15 min in the drive thru for my food. Staffed seemed uninterested.
Got tired of waiting so I had to go inside to ask for my money back
Went to the drive thru at 924pm and waited five mins and no one said anything to me. Store closes at 10pm. I know I’m considered a last min customer but the right thing to do could have been to turn off the lights and the open sign early if you wanted to close down early … I’m an assistant manager so this is just poor performance to me! Thankfully Culver’s is right across the way so they got my business instead.

Stopped here after Verona Arby's messed up my order. The staff is always kind and efficient. Thank you for taking the time to fix Verona's mistake
Traveled out of my way to eat here. Door was locked at 12:20 p.m. Wednesday.
The staff were friendly, the food was good, and the facility was clean. We will come back for sure!

Went through the drive through, food was Arby's food, service was neither poor nor great. I recieved my food and was gone quickly. No one was ahead of me, there were no issues. Live been here before and either there improving or theyre less busy...
