Disgusting Staff more interested in their phones. Talking personal stuff among one another. Appearance unkempt. Men hair messy and uniform looked dirty. Food -----curly fries were crumbs. Chicken wrap way too much sauce made it messy and sloppy.

Came here to rest during a long drive. Rikie provided some of the best customer service I've ever had at a fast food restaurant. Food was hot and fresh. Couldn't be more pleased with my choice to stop here.

The counter rang in the wrong item. The manager quickly realized and was quick to make the order right. Unfortunately he made it wrong and it looked inedible. Wrong requested substitution and the sandwich looked old, with dried up chicken, unmelted cheese, sparce amount of sauce and onions. The manager was apologetic and kindly gave me a refund. But I left hungry. Positive note: The manager was fabulous. Went above and beyond service wise to help me. I had locked my keys and phone in the car and he gave me assistance and showed great kindness.
Definitely won't order the burger again. Over cooked dry hockey puck. Fries were hot and fresh Meal wasn't worth almost 13.

This team works so smooth and well together! Specifically the girl with darker red hair and the shorter guy exporting orders! They didn’t have fries right away so I had to wait awhile for my food. Again while waiting I witnessed an excellent team communication working through a lunch rush as best they could while also having fun!

I love Arby's. I work for Arby's a millennium ago...literally 1987. Service was slow 17 mins for 1 curly fryy beef n chedder. When I asked why, employee said they just got slammed with 10 orders. He was rather rude. That should be no sweat. I watched two employees, drive thru headsets on, standing around and talking, one even pulled out his phone and did something. 1 person on the back line(I give him kudos because he was working very hard.) Finally asked for the manger. He was somewhat apologetic, but gave excuses. I recommended he jump on the back line and help make sandwiches, cross train employees to make sandwiches, have an additional person working... mean while,the ketchup dispenser is empty in the dining area, even though the bag of ketchup was on the order pick up counter. I sat and finished my meal...which had minimal cheddar on it. Before I departed, 42 minutes after I placed my order, the ketchup has yet to be filled....at least put a basket/box of packets for customer.
As I said previously, I love Arby's and I have worked at one. Sadly disappointing experience Store 8672, order ID AABRDMBEACEA
