I love going to this Dunkin/baskin location! I get my coffee while my kids get their ice cream! The staff is always so patient while my kids decide what icecream they want and they love the little pink spoon samples! The lobby is always so clean!

I had an amazing experience getting a cake for my son's birthday! I was on a tight schedule and rushing to find a cake for his Pokémon-themed party. To my surprise, when I arrived, everyone was so nice and there was a Pikachu cake for sale! It was so awesome and perfect for the occasion. The cake was delicious, and my son, family, and friends all loved it. Definitely 10/10!

My family and I visit this ice cream shop every week. While the ice cream is amazing, the service is lacking. There are always many staff members attending to the drive-thru on the Dunkin side, but no one available to help on the Baskin side. One person in the drive-thru ordered multiple drinks, and it seemed to require 4-5 people to prepare them, leaving the ice cream area completely ignored. They didn't even greet us as we walked in. I appreciate the hiring of teens, but their flippant attitudes need to be addressed. Last week, I witnessed an employee come in with her friends and, with permission from the lead, made her own drink behind the counter without uniform and gloves. I enjoy the ice cream, but I urge the management to better supervise the staff and prioritize having at least two workers in the ice cream area..

Ruben is by far the best at helping customers out always a pleasure coming in when he's working. He goes out of his way to make sure you can get what you want!
Not worth the price. Ice cream was half melted. Paid $6 for 2 scoops and didn’t even get 1 scoop (half of a scoop at best compared to other ice cream shops in the area). Definitely will not go back

It’s a no for me. Nearly $6 for two scoops which didn’t even reach the brim of the bowl. I’d be more satisfied for price and size with a pint from the grocery store.
