Normally, I would recommend this establishment, but I’ve got to be honest, atmosphere has changed and it’s hard for me to get past the paper plates. Recently, they have been serving us pizza and other food items with paper plates, like the plates you might have on a picnic. Not a plastic disposable but seriously, a paper plate. They’ve also changed the lighting. If you’re sitting at the bar, the lights above you are the color temperature of an office building. So white cool temperature lightbulb, and way too bright. Lights in most of the restaurant other than by the bar is a soft temperature making it feel a bit more inviting, although still way too bright for a restaurant. We have also noticed a few changes in the quality of the food we are receiving. Kudos to the staff as they have been friendly and very helpful. I appreciate the service I receive here.

It was slow on a Wednesday night when I went. Wait staff was a little inattentive. The appetizers and sides were ok....they had some kind of flavor to them that was different. Like smoked. (Except the cheese curds. But otherwise good food for the price. I didn't use the arcade because I'm not into that.

Our drinks and food were great! Shane was a friendly and experienced bartender and Kathy was a great waitress! This was our 1st time there and would go back again!

The worst thing about this place is that they sell the "arcade" menu to kids.... the second worst thing is many of the arcade games are inoperable. Otherwise it's an excellent, reasonably priced sports bar with a valuable food menu and drinks. I'd come here with my friends or my kids.

We had a great pizza the other night during our visit. We also like to spend time in the game room there. Sometimes it's just fun to be a kid again!

We catered in for our company Open House event for customer appreciation and 3 year Anniversary recently. Food was delivered and set up promptly, the ladies setting up were very friendly and efficient.
We went with a Taco Bar menu and the portions were absolutely huge and quality was amazing. The cheese curds were amazing, the Mac n cheese was fabulous! Everything was just as we had hoped and our clients loved it!
Would definitely cater again from them for future events!

Service was terrible. We went there twice hoping the second time would be better, but they must hire the bottom of the barrel bartenders. Great atmosphere and tons of TVs to watch sports but if your staff doesn’t want to work not much you can do.

Can't wait to come back and hit up the arcade! Definitely a great place for families and friends to gather, especially with the hotels right next to it. Overall a wonderful place.

3 employees standing around the bar and 2 more at the host stand not really doing anything. Only 1 person waiting tables. So you will be in for a wait. We left after 10 mins of not being waited on

The food was terrible. They had two bags of chicken tenders laying on the kitchen counter for over an hour. The peaches had club soda water added at the buffet. The server was nice though but please stay away from the food.

We went to bb jacks for the first time to celebrate my daughter’s birthday and it was such a success. Millie made sure our day was so special! Great staff with an awesome arcade area for the kids.
