The Cinnabon is located in a gas station. It's the closest place around Madison to get Cinnabon's and they're just as good when they're fresh. They also provide the to-go options where they rolls are pre-made.

Not staffed when we arrived, it's part of a gas station. However, you just can't beat their cinnamon rolls! They had plenty of take home multi packs available. Soo good! I find the reheat best in a cereal (high side) bowl in the microwave. So delicious!

So this place was closed so they had a bunch of boxes ready to go the cashier in the gas station said that they had just been made that day, so they were "fresh"
All of them were burnt, every bite tasted burnt, it didn't matter if I didn't eat the burnt part
They were dried out.
And there was hardly any frosting
It's a shame that Pizza Hut can actually make your cinnamon rolls and they're the right way every single time but you are the actual franchise and they're disgusting.???
This is the first time I have ever thrown a cinnamon away.

The service at most Cinnabon stores stinks lately due to understaffed venues. The Cinnabon in Gurnee Mills Mall in Gurnee Illinois is just AWFUL. We waited over 20 minutes for service and not a soul was available. The place had product out for purchase and lights on but not one person to take an order.
Oddly located in the side entrance of a BP gas station, this CB has everything. Sticky buns, fresh rolls, and a smell that permeates the entire building.

Man I asked for an americano with ice and the lady said there was none left 3 times I went there and there was churros and she didn’t want me to get one and said it was apple fritters when it’s clearly churros so I picked up the ones on the side and my god it was old! Like old churros dry and hard like I don’t think that lady should work there if she don’t know what’s she doing!
