Respectfully, this Dunkin is horrible. With my mobile order it’s like they can’t read? They always end up forgetting something in my drink. I personally would not go here even if I’m in need. The Sun Prairie location doesn’t disappoint me though!

the drink that i got was terrible and we went through the drive through again to get a drink re made and the worker gave the worst attitude and letting us know that she will be not making us a drink therefore i left after i paid for a drink and didn’t get one.

I’m not typically one to write reviews, but my experience wasn’t too great here. I usually go to the Dunkin closer to my house passing by so I thought I’d make a stop. I ordered a medium cold brew with oat milk and two pumps of butter pecan. The lady at the window was super sweet, very flustered, and then another girl came back and tried to give me somebody else’s order which didn’t even involve coffee. And then when I got my order, I received a large iced coffee. I understand you take chances when you go anywhere public to eat, but this seems like poor training, understaffed behavior.

Fast coffee that all everyone wants. The wait on food sucks I dislike holding the line up and I dislike waiting on other people
Tell me why I made an online order for ASAP pickup at 11:14am just to get my order at 11:37am. Not only this but the people in front of us in the drive-through made an order of almost the same items and got their order right away. At the window we were given our hot food right away but were told to pull to the front of the building to wait for our drinks. 20+ minutes later we get our drinks just for our food to now be cold. What’s the point of making online orders just for everyone making current orders to get their food faster. This has now happened twice in a row.

Amazing experience. Cailyn was very helpful and kind especially for my first time at Dunkin’ Donuts, she gave me a great experience and originally I wasn’t planning on revisiting but I will definitely be coming back. the service, food and atmosphere was amazing, 10/10 would definitely recommend.
