We literally were asked to wait 1 second when we pulled up to the drive thru speaker, watch the 1 and only car ahead of us pull up to the 1st window, pay, pull to 2nd window, wait for their food and then we were helped at the speaker after that car left.

You don’t have certain donuts or are always “out”. And Please stop putting donuts in a small bag. All of the frosting ends up sticking inside the bag and ruins all the donuts. Kwik trip it is from now on!

Put in a mobile drive thru order for hashbrowns and waited over 40 mins at 10:30am on a Saturday. The line of cars was at least 10 deep. Finally walked inside to have my order refunded and couldn't even get anyone to come over and address me. The person making food was wandering around aimlessly and clearly did not understand the concept of first in, first out. There wasn't even hashbrowns started in the fryer. Truly a terrible experience

Stopped by to pick up a mobile order before heading to MKE and the drive thru was super long. Went inside to an even busier store. The team did great staying steady, which can be super overwhelming in the service industry, and were very helpful with finding my order. Thank you CG Dunkin team!

Used a $25 gift card for a $14 purchase and the girl said it was a one time use card and emptied it. I was unable to use the $11 left on the card. Very disappointing service.

Go here often and the drive thru is always slow. Today was the worst. Sat there for longer than it took to drive there. Ordered two drinks and a grilled cheese. Pay and yet again sitting at the first window waiting to move to the second one for quite some time. Get to the 2nd window and get grilled cheese and no drinks. Few minutes later get one of two drinks. Few more minutes later get handed a drink we didn’t order. Tell them and wait yet another several minutes to get the right drink. Right drink comes as a plain iced matcha that tastes like milk. There is none of either flavor that was on the sticker on the side of the drink. Both drinks we paid for cold foam and neither drink had cold foam. Sad cant wait for 7 brew to come to Dane County..

Respectfully, this Dunkin is horrible. With my mobile order it’s like they can’t read? They always end up forgetting something in my drink. I personally would not go here even if I’m in need. The Sun Prairie location doesn’t disappoint me though!

the drink that i got was terrible and we went through the drive through again to get a drink re made and the worker gave the worst attitude and letting us know that she will be not making us a drink therefore i left after i paid for a drink and didn’t get one.
both times I've gone my drinks have been messed up. munchkins where dry and ended up throwing them away ?

I’m not typically one to write reviews, but my experience wasn’t too great here. I usually go to the Dunkin closer to my house passing by so I thought I’d make a stop. I ordered a medium cold brew with oat milk and two pumps of butter pecan. The lady at the window was super sweet, very flustered, and then another girl came back and tried to give me somebody else’s order which didn’t even involve coffee. And then when I got my order, I received a large iced coffee. I understand you take chances when you go anywhere public to eat, but this seems like poor training, understaffed behavior.
