I've ordered delivery from this Noodles several times and more often than not something is wrong. Typically they will miss an item, but they also screw up orders often too. Today I ordered the Spicy Korean Beef Noodles which is supposed to have Lo-Mein noodles, but when delivered it was spaghetti noodles, which have a very different texture and taste. When trying to call the store the phone would just ring without an answer. This is not the first time this has happened either.

I ordered online and I never received my potstickers and I tried calling them to get a refund for the missing item and nobody seems to want to pick up the phone and the meal was so expensive

We ordered and part of our food was missing. We were missing an order of potstickers, the sauce for one of the pasta dishes and dressing for the salad.

I coincidently was behind the last reviewer Alex. Last night was terrible service for a place like this. A few more hired hands would help in the kitchen. Drive up was so behind those customers were coming in for their food. Phone ringing constantly with no answers, Cash register was helping in the kitchen, - total of 3 people making the place run. Took a few minutes to be served at the register once I was next in line. And it took 35 minutes to get my food. It was a busy night, but it looks like Noodles needs to focus on hiring more help and having more presence on a Saturday night. My shrimp scampi also had 0 shrimp- which after the service I was kind of thankful. By the time I got my food I was nervous to eat shrimp.

What a terrible business! Service is incredibly slow (30 minutes for a couple dishes to be cold). Quality is even worse - over salted, food portions seem ridiculously small. No apologies for slow service or things taking forever - avoid!

The food is consistent quality with other Noodles and Company locations, but the service here is quite slow. One thing to be aware of is if you place an order in advance for takeout, your order tracking may show the order is complete when it really is not. I had to wait a good 15 minutes after arriving on time for a pickup.

They also occasionally get orders wrong, such as when I ordered meatless chicken as a substitute but was given real chicken anyway!

I will say though, their rice crispy treats are delectable! And there is nice outdoor seating available for when the weather is seasonable.

Got there at 9:30 pm, ordered 2 meals to go. As I opened my food bag the 1st meal was the wrong order and tge 2nd looked fine. I took the 1st meal back so they told me they cannot prepare chicken and had to use chicken from my initial order. I was ok with that. As we start eating the new order they cooked all the vegetables are uncooked. And the second order they added wrong vegetables. They added tomatoes to zucchini pesto noodle. Which just ruined the taste of the meal. Have been to several other noodle co before never had this kind of issue.
DISAPPOINTED ?

Waited for over 30 mins for 3 dishes. Wasn’t until 20 mins of waiting they put the first thing the store had put out while we were there. Manager was visible frustrated at some many people waiting. Lobby was full of patrons.food was ICE COLD- too bad we had to get it to go due to it taking so long. She became more upset when a group asked for a refund due to the soda machine not functioning. First time at this location will certainly be the last. Didn’t even get an apology for the food taking over 30 mins.

Great People but you need something to make it feel less clinical and alittle warmer on the floor. Otherwise amazing place.

Frequent staff turnover. Problems with order prep and consistency. Can't blame the staff for this. When you get trained by trainees things aren't always going to turn out.

Extremely slow. Also, the group of 3 behind us stood there for a good 10 minutes while the cashier took about 5 minutes printing out my receipt. The asked for buttered noodles and the front cashier said "We don't have those here" ? Love noodles and company, but this location is terrible.

I came here on a Monday and ordered a chicken parmesan at 11:20. The one guy ahead of me got his food within 5 minutes I then sat around for 25 minutes while they served the three people who came in 15 minutes after I did. When I went to the register to ask she didn't see the chicken parmesan sitting on the shelf and she hastily gave it to me and it's cold. Don't go here.
