I brought some kids in after a soccer game and one of there orders was made incorrectly. The staff immediately remade his order.

The food was average, but the service was incredible. They apologized for a wait (only 10 minutes) and gave us a cookie. Please give the employees a raise

i know this place has had some issues in the past, but i really feel like they’re turning it around now! the staff is consistently nice and my food is always accurate and tastes good. thank you!

Took over 20 minutes for my pick up meal. I'm never coming here again. When I walked in, the restaurant was all smokey.

1 person cares in the store the rest work at half speed. 30 minutes for 2 bowls. Manager comes out middle of dinner rush then goes to the back without helping i hope that good employee goes somewhere else. They dont deserve it. This product is not worth 15 dollars.

Employees are rude. Order is almost always messed up. Order was supposed to be done at 3:04pm still sitting here in drive through waiting and watching them make my food orders one at a time. It is now 330. This place has been a joke since the day they opened up

Only one lady working. She was doing the best she could and no complaints with her, but this establishment is a joke. 30 min wait for a pick up order that was ordered 45 min prior. Terrible all around. Will not be back.

Also adding one star to the owner that decides to only respond to one in 25 posts and only when it’s a decent one. Business sucks. Owner sucks. Food sucks. Customer service sucks.

Loved their new Cobb salad, but they have discontinued it already. I guess because its too complicated for their food architects and they were unable to maintain consistency. Oh well, back to the longer drive to Cafe Zuppas.

Rude, disrespectful, awful service. Won’t bother with this location again. Ignored for quite some time and then they acted agitated when a few additional bowls were politely requested. They didn’t fulfill the request either. I’d rather drive way out of my way or make my own food than order here again. Good thing there are so many other food options near by.

Food was good. I was however disappointed in the GM, other staff had to go and ask her 2 times to come up to the register to take my order. It was apparent that her phone call was far more important than a waiting customer. The other two employees were apologetic for my wait and were super quick! Food was delicious!

It’s been a while since we’ve had their food. The facility was clean and nice. Employees were great. And the food was as good as I remember.
