Since the new change in ownership, this location has gone downhill in my opinion. They usually run out of food items. Their lettuce is brown. And they make short cuts. I wasn’t going to write a review about it until today. Today I got a to-go order of 2 pepperoni dippers and 2 chicken dippers. Upon receiving my pick up, I notice there weren’t enough items in my bag so I checked it in my car before leaving. I had 1 order of pepperoni dippers that were cut in half, and 1 order of chicken dippers that were also cut in half, but I was missing a half, there were only 3 pieces! And the dippers were flat, like a flatbread sub. I am appreciative that upon going back in to complain, they re made my order immediately even though they were very busy. It shouldn’t have gotten to that point though . You should take care and pride of your to-go orders, just as you do your in house orders.

2nd time in a row sub made wrong. Order the boss both times. No pepperoni. If I wanted a meatball sub I would order a meatball sub. Maybe 3rd time is a charm and it'll be made correctly?

I normally go to Antifo. But since I was going through Crandon I thought I would stop. Very Friendly. Very clean. I may never go to the one in Antigo again. This is nicer.

Place is terrible, toasted subs aren’t even warm , heated subs also aren’t warm. Even when they put notices of closing early they decide to close earlier than posted. Standing there making a sub in front of me and says they are closed when the sign says they close at 7 and it’s 6:30. This is the poorest version of a good subway chain! Don’t waste your time stopping here, try something worth your while even if you need something fast made. 1 star is too much even.
When one looks on the website of Subway and thinks that they can have the same dressings on the same sandwich that they've been ordering for years.... at a domestic franchise.... that doesn't carry all of the Subway dressings.... it changes the whole reason I go there. Bad enough they got rid of the seafood options.....Nothing changes about the service at our local Subway.Just riding on the fact that it's the ONLY fast food semi healthy option in our area this time of year. Tisk tisk.Please..... revisit the idea of having the many options ( like the normal Sweet onion dressing that doesn't rack up our sodium points with teriyaki)....we drive 15 miles to Subway for.Literally since it's the only option for busy people and quick food this time of year for this area.
Dietary restrictions: Teriyaki..... high sodium , blood pressure, heart disease risk high.Our only fast food indulgence is literally Subway. Hello ?
