When entering the bar area you cannot order food and eat at the bar unless it’s a sandwich. The restaurant area is large and out dated. I ordered a burger. No choice on how it was cooked. Had the Swiss and mushroom burger. The cheese was not melted upon arrival and was a piece of cheese that looked like it was “ Kraft” cheese. No fries were offered with the meal they were extra. One can argue it wasn’t even a 1/3 lb. The bartender couldn’t even make a Moscow mule. The other order was Sherrifs chicken. It had no visual appearance. It was chicken over rice with sauce ( from a can) and a chunk of terrible parsley. Staff was nice, however nothing to talk about

Food was Horrible! Understaffed (can understand). Chicken overdone, so overcooked it was rubber. The cod seemed to be boiled not broiled, dry and rubbery. Our group agreed to steer clear of this place in the future.

This is a great place for having a meal Our family enjoyed it very much.
The name of the restaurant is Rene's Dining Room but many refer to it as Popp's. Since 1981, I have enjoyed the exceptional quality of dinner, drinks and the service. Steak is dinner of choice ( 16oz cow ) a item of old. A family owned business 3rd generation that I had the pleasure of knowing everyone. Always a pleasure to make a trip there for dinner and great company to stay till bar close. I highly recommend this restaurant for steak and an enjoyable experience.

1st time at Renee’s and we will definitely be back. Plenty of food ( steak and salmon, salad, soup, cheese and crackers, homemade bread) and cooked to perfection. Our server Dakota was very friendly and made sure to check in often on our meal and to see if we needed anything. Great job to the entire team delivering a great experience

Our first time here and were NOT disappointed. The entire staff was super friendly and accommodating. The food was excellent but their pate was amazing. They make it in house and you can taste it. Will definitely stop in again anytime we're in the area. Thank you !
