If I could give a 0/5 I would. First bad experience, they didn’t have my item. Reached out to get a refund and never heard back. Finally weeks later they gave me my order.
Tonight I ordered a sundae for $8 (outrageous) they didn’t have chocolate fudge and claimed to not have the Jamocha flavor even though I was looking right at it. Finally left and got home. No toppings THAT I PAID EXTRA FOR were on my sundae.
I never write poor reviews and am usually very understanding but not in this case.
This location needs to be shut down. They give Baskin-Robbins a bad name and reputation. It’s a joke over there.
I’ll never go back.
Never have any flavors of ice cream!!! Ordered a sundae with chocolate ice cream and got rainbow sherbet instead!! They said they were out of chocolate!!! You wouldn’t ask or just refund!!! Hot fudge and cookies on top of rainbow sherbet! Rude employees!
Ordered chocolate shake and when I got to the window they said they are out of chocolate ice cream and asked if I'd be okay with a different flavor, and that was fine. They handed me my shake, that they just made and it was completely liquid. It was the consistency of milk you mix chocolate powder into. It was like they took a big cup of milk and blended it was a teaspoon of ice cream. That is the second time I've been there and the second time I got poor product quality, and a standard menu item they had listed was put of stock.
I order uber eats and the driver was great but my order was no so great. I ordered a banana split for 10$ and I get barely a banana. Also ordered a brownie sundae and I get no brownie in my sundae. For this amount of money. This place should provide a refund for the incorrect order.
Employees do not provide good service. They used the same ice cream scooper for every ice cream. Even ice cream with nuts. When told that he couldn’t do that because somebody with me had a nut allergy, he just wiped it down with water and tried to dip it again. Could have caused an allergic reaction. The place also has very sparse seating.

Had ordered online and came in to find neither of my ordered flavors were available, they changed and shorted me on the toppings I ordered, and the customer service response was very poorly made. I did not receive any compensation for the additional toppings they didn’t include.

Icing on the Cake: Baskin-Robbins was conceived in 1945 by ice cream lovers Burt Baskin and Irv Robbins. Being bored by their competitor's mundane options of vanilla, chocolate, and strawberry, they vowed to offer 31 unique flavors. Since then, Baskin-Robbins has introduced 1400 flavors, offering the perfect flavor for everyone and every occasion. It might come as a shock to some of my followers, but as much as I love ice cream, I've never had Baskin-Robbins (I blame all the excellent custard options in Milwaukee). Turns out you can get a free 4oz serving of any flavor for your birthday, so no excuse not for me to check it out. For my initiation I went with their appropriately themed Icing on the Cake flavor. It's a cake flavored ice cream layered with crumbles of soft yellow cake pieces, rainbow frosting flecks, and swirls of confetti frosting. Every component nailed birthday cake, but the biggest star was the super sweet confetti frosting swirl. It's nearly impossible to see because it's almost identical in color to the cake ice cream, but it makes its presence known by its powerful flavor alone. Of all the elements, the cake pieces are the sparsest. My scoop could have included a few more and it doesn't help that the cake pieces are some of the smallest I've encountered in various cake ice creams. Lastly, the rainbow frosting flecks add a colorful aesthetic to the otherwise plain ice cream, a faint but welcoming textural contrast, and more of that oh so lovely sugar. Some might find this flavor to be a little too one note and sweet, but I enjoyed it.

Never have flavors They advertise
Service was very slow and I paid $26 for a banana split and 4 small scoops of ice cream. I will never go back. Do yourself a favor and go to Walmart and get better ice cream for $5.
I ordered in-store. The facility was clean, service was quick and friendly, and the best part - ice cream was great 😋

Pajeet and Fumahomonoma and their personal chat is way more important than helping a customer in the store. One girl running drive thru working hard. Several times now I have gone in and been ignored. Do not go here if you are looking for service, let alone timely service.
