Tried this place a few weeks ago on DoorDash for a lazy start to the day. The food arrived hot and was delicious. Decided to check them out in person the following week. The croissant breakfast sandwich was delicious. The breakfast burrito was more pressed like a panini this time around. When we ordered to go, it looked more burrito. Both versions were good, just a bit surprised with the pressed one. The inside very gives coffee shop vibes. You order at the counter and your food is brought to you. There were a number of to go orders being picked up while we there. Would definitely order to go or visit again.

Using the app on their website I ordered a wrap for 11:00am that gave them a 90 minute window to make my order. I arrived to find they never my received my order. After producing the receipt, the worker took a different device and found it. I was told it would just be a minute. 35 minutes later I asked about my food, I was told it would be another 20 minutes or so. Nothing but excuses from the worker, blaming management because they know the ordering app does not work but insist on using it, to the tiny size of the kitchen, slowing down food production. I asked for a refund and was told I would have to contact the ordering app. Very poorly managed.

We love coming here, as this is our favorite go-to breakfast/brunch spot! The only downside is that what we order is never made consistently. We always order the bagel breakfast sandwiches, and a good amount of the time it’s made really well and everything is nice and toasty, but sometimes we get it and the bagels aren’t toasted and the cheese isn’t melted. This isn't a huge deal because we just take it home and toast everything together, but I wish all the cooks made it the same way.

Sorry but my experiences haven't been the same as others. My 3 visits have all resulted in excessive food and drink wait times. My last visit which was today resulted in a 13 minute wait for a hot chocolate and a 23 minute wait for a breakfast burrito. Regardless of whether the cafe has staffing or process problems, this is beyond excessive. Also, while watching kitchen staff prepare food, I saw nobody wearing gloves. Not sure what the Cudahy/WI food prep laws are but I expect people handling my food to be safe.

We happened to stop by this cafe for a quick bite while we were waiting for the Milwaukee Yacht Cub to open. I ordered the Italian panini and it was delicious. Cute little place.
