Dunkin’ Pumpkin Spice Coffee: I loathe the cold of late autumn & winter; however, the frigid temperatures do improve one of my favorite indulgences. That indulgence is a good cup of coffee. As much as I enjoy the caffeinated brew, a warm cup just isn’t as appealing on an 80 degree day in August. What is appealing is taking in a steaming mug of pumpkin spice coffee on a cool October morning while peacefully reading one of Mr. King’s masterpieces in my office. Thankfully Dunkin’s take on pumpkin spice coffee allows me to do just that. Opening the bag of grounds expels a forceful aroma of pumpkin spice. Once brewed the java is smooth and flavorful. Sipping it evokes thoughts of autumn, pumpkin farms, pumpkin pie, and of course Halloween. Dunkin's coffee is a winner on its own but pairing it with a number of pumpkin flavored pastry products will really give your taste buds something to howl about this Halloween. The packaging is an eye-catching orange and the 2024 packaging depicts a mouthwatering slice of pumpkin pie (complete with whipped cream). If I find myself unable to sleep much this Halloween season it could be from all the scares or it could be from all of the delicious Dunkin's pumpkin spice coffee I’ve consumed (or even scarier, it might be from all the sugar & candy!). I want to buy some ice creams so I went inside but the one who is working there are so rude . They just pissed me off with their replies so I didn’t buy anything . Customer service is very bad I don’t know how the owner is keeping them (10/10/24).

Every time I've tried to order drinks here.
Usually tastes close to bad, I feel bad cause the people who work in there seems to be depressed young adults. I don't blame them entirely, I blame management.

It's always a little messed up and off. I've been to dunkins in other locations/cities...

Do they replace their coffee caraffes often enough?
Do they clean their machines?

The biggest disappointment are the drinks. Its like will I get a watered down, cold, too sweet or bitter today...
I also make my own coffee and tea at home, so I only order Dunkin or out when I'm in a hurry or just treating myself.
I haven't ate in the store, but there are reviews from others who say it's dirty in there..

I feel like since it's been open, the quality went down too.
I try to order simple lattes too...

Please go to McDonald's nearbt or support local coffee shops!
For 4-6 dollars, you can get great drinks at the some of the cafes in bay view or south Milwaukee.

The only good going for it is that it's "open" all the time, but have very low expectations for it.

Convenient location, from the hours 24 hours and location. But their drinks at least the way they make them ( the ones Ive had) are bad . Is either too much ice, to water down coffee. I tried the pumpkin spice latte and is not good, or could be if it actually tasted like coffee and not water . Their donuts are always stale and out of stock unfortunately. So if you're craving anything at 3am it is a good spot. But honestly if you have choices, I don't think this should be your number 1 pick

Best Dunkin’ around. Their drinks are always on point! If I place my order through Door Dash I always call the store to have them add half a pump of French Vanilla to my Iced Matcha Latte. Today I forgot to call them after placing my order, but to my surprise, they remembered and added it for me! Thank you Dunkin Staff!

The gentleman Mike who gave my coffee at the window was so sweet and nice! He made my day just by being so upbeat and telling me to have a great day and keep hydrated with this heat. The little things in life go so very far. Thank you for awesome customer service!

I was so excited when I saw it was open 24hrs as it was roughly 1am. I'm disabled, so it made me happy knowing I'd be able to go in and have a seat. Not many places are open late or all hours in this area and even less are accessible without a vehicle. There was only one person working it seemed but, I don't think that can be an excuse for lack of cleanliness as there was no customers. I ordered a frozen coffee but wasn't able to get one because 'the machine is only a little frozen' ? so, iced it is I guess. Also ordered an egg, cheese, and sausage bagel and hash browns. When I sat down I saw small light brown bugs on the table and in the napkins. The food was ready wildly fast however was greasy and didn't taste right. The oil pan or wherever food is fried/cooked needs to be cleaned/changed. There was small burnt pieces of random all over the food. Then, while only being there for maybe 10 minutes at this point.. food nowhere near finished(even though I didn't plan to), I was asked to leave. The worker said I have a minute to finish up but then I need to leave because they are closing. I was so confused and over the entire situation I just said okay and packed up and left the seating area I was in cleaner than it was when I arrived and went outside. I stopped to look at the hours posted on the door to see if there was something I was missing but it said open 24hrs everyday. I probably should have asked for a refund, at the least because overall this whole experience was nothing besides a disappointment and I wasted money. I feel like I should add that, I went by a different location a couple of days later hoping to have a better time at that one and even though it also said it was open 24hrs, it was closed, at like 2pm. Maybe, it's been closed temporarily or something I'm not sure. (27th st a little N of Layton) Anyway, there's that.. hopefully nobody else has or will have a story like this.

Arrived before work around 11:30 pm to get a dozen donuts for my coworkers and you can only use the drive thru at that hour but they don't have a list of what they have like other food items and the clerk didn't have a hand out printed menu to order so I left.

Employees barely spoke English. For 1 scoops ice cream is 5 bucks. I had vanilla and it was so artificial tasting I had 3 spoons. Threw rest in garbage. Never ever going back. Oh...Baskin-Robbins attached to Dunkin..Take this review as you want

Love this place.
But sometimes they dont have the flavors that they advertise all grandioso in your face ...
" More" than once. If you're going to advertise flavors inside your store, you should have it in stock, or that is false advertising .
