I had a very unpleasant experience at the Dunkin’ Donuts in Cudahy. The guy at the drive-thru window was extremely rude when handing me my change, which was already short because he didn’t have enough change — but that’s not my problem as a customer. On top of that, he handed me my donut bag without even looking at me, practically tossing it between the window and my car, which was very disrespectful. To make matters worse, when I ate my French Cruller donut, it tasted terrible — plain, stale, and with no sugar at all. Overall, this was a really bad experience, both with the service and the food.

Since the staff just stares at you when you walk in and they don’t say anything, I had enough time to look around the store and found a bunch of different flies and bugs in the donut stand. Staff is extremely rude, unhelpful and unpleasant. 0 stars

This is the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever had. They are awful. The people who run it do not have any business doing so. They make the wrong coffee ignoring allergies. They never have anything at the store it’s always empty. They don’t know how to help it even talk to people. Needs to be closed and turned into something better

I'm only rating drive-thru as I've never set foot inside. First off, It's open 24hrs which is great for my early days. Service is friendly and fast. Though I'm good with accents, I have to ask to repeat more slowly because I have a bit of a processing bug in my hearing software. Nobody's fault, but worth mentioning. They sometimes run out of a specific thing, but that's to be expected anywhere. Overall I highly recommend this place if you need a quick drink or bite.

I’m genuinely disappointed with my recent visit to this Dunkin’ Donuts location. I asked for a simple cup of water and was surprised to see a $1.05 charge. Water is a basic courtesy at most food establishments, especially when you’re already purchasing something else (which I did).
I understand pricing policies may vary, but charging over a dollar for tap water feels excessive and a bit greedy. It’s a small thing, but it left a sour impression. I hope management reconsiders this policy, because it doesn’t reflect the kind of customer care I expect from a well-known brand like Dunkin’.
$4 for this? I didn’t know there was a national shortage of cream cheese.

Couldn't say anything wrong the workers was nice and considerate my kids went in there not know what they would likewe was offer taste test as well. I order drinks from. The other side and we didn't have to make 2 different payments.

Drink order was wrong and when questioned she stated it was from sitting. The same drink is ordered all the time and it never does that. I’m allergic to diary and it had foam on it which I asked for it not to. She walked away to remake it and she was making hand gestures and saying something loudly. She came back with the same cup with less in it. The cup had the same sticker on it. We then asked for it to be remade. It still didn’t look right but took it anyways. We were then missing items which as soon as we asked she knew. She came back and said we are out. Then offered a doughnut instead the item was double the price. We questioned the pricing and she says you can 4 doughnuts. We asked what kinds were available, she says I don’t know. Now at this time we had been at the window for 10 minutes so we asked for a refund instead. She says she can’t but then the manager comes over and recognizes me since I come thru a lot. I ask for a refund he says come back in a half hour, I state I can not but can come tonight after work. (Noted the time) He says okay. I return and he’s not there and they offer what was missing and no refund. They call the manger and says we misunderstood which we did not. My drink also made me sick after drinking so it had to have diary even tho she said it didn’t. I can not take a chance of returning with an allergy that has been getting worse. There was no misunderstanding so all of this was unacceptable and it’s the next day. I’m upset they don’t care about their customers!! This could have been a major problem with someone with a severe allergy!!!!!!
