This is the management company for what are, in my experience, the worst McDonald's locations in the Metro Milwaukee, Racine, and Kenosha areas. "We don't care and it shows"

Your two location in Oak Creek need soooo much help. Service is slow both inside and drive thru. I was a both locations last night and the foul language at 13th & Ryan is unacceptable. Waiting more than 10 minutes for fast food is unacceptable.

Sadly the quality of service on my last visit on 8/30/23 was a bit lackjng in my normal receival of service. It was lunch rush however from an almost 20 min wait to then finding out my sandwich was incorrect I'm a bit disappointed. When I was employed by this management it seems the crew strived to give fast service and management moved drive thru along by parking large or lengthy orders. Not today. I will continue to patronize this company. Love your sandwiches .

One thing that is absolutely factual about Steren Management, Inc. is that they are family and community oriented in so many countless ways. If you go to almost any McDonald’s in the area, you will see their name on the door or on the drive-through window indicating “call us” if you have any problems with your service. They sponsor meal and activity specials in various neighborhoods and have carried on that quiet, caring, supportive role since they began. In my opinion, each McDonald’s that they own are operated as a local family business. Great job Steren Management.

I contacted this management team about their McDonald’s location on Potter taking money from me vis the mobile app & just like the management at the restaurant, Karen, gaslit me & tried to make me feel responsible for their app malfunctioning. Im a disabled veteran with severe mental issues & both the management of the restaurant & of corporate ha e caused great embarrassment upon me & I will never eat at a McDonald’s again. Probably for the better anyways. Now I get to go to therapy to try and mot want to kill myself! Thanks Sterens & McD’s!! Customer service is non existent here.

McDonald's 1st & LaytonWe went inside for lunch - every single table was filthy & has not been wiped down for what looks like the whole day. Thank goodness they have a tub of disinfectant wipes so I could wipe our table clean.There were a couple of tables with people sleeping in them. These people were there our entire visit, and not 1 manager asked them to move along. They had a pile of clothing and blankets and several bags piled in a corner on the floor. They should have been asked to leave and not loiter.Next, our food we had the buy a double cheeseburger get one for .29 cents they both came out cold - not even warm. We waited quite a while (afternoon crunch and busy) I was hungry & ate mine - my husband took his back & waited for a fresh and hot one.The area where you get your own soda was filthy and also needed to be cleaned. It was a disaster and not very sanitary whatsoever. Soda was spilled everywhere.Awful service, and I'm sure the A on the door is no longer deserved. A very sad & disappointed customer!

the customer service is outstanding when you call their corporate office unfortunately, it was about a complaint about their restaurant on 1st and Layton by the airport. Quite a few of the employees at that restaurant could definitely benefit from some customer service training. I don't feel appreciated when I go to that restaurant lots of times no hello, no thank you ,and the employees act like you're bothering them by even placing an order sad! If you don't like your job then quit and go somewhere else

I had a problem (a sandwich with way too much vinaigrette sauce) and they LISTENED to my complaint! And then, they even provided me with some BOGO coupons. How very nice!
