The food is okay. The items do not nessarily taste that great. They have a big dessert selection. The place also does not have the best air conditioning as I came in before during the summer and it was really warm inside. They have tons of parking and it is easy access from the interstate. Their dishes are adequate at best.

Very nice restaurant. French toast was excellent made with French bread with some cinnamon on it. Portion of scrambled supposed to be 2 eggs was small. Service was very good. Jeff is a great server. Friendly and very helpful. Took good care of us he made the experience fun. Strawberry sundae was GREAT.

Debated between a 3 and 4. Would've rated it 3.5 if that was an option, but cannot justify a 4. Service was excellent. Host was attentive. We came because reviews talked about huge portion sizes, but that was no longer accurate. Food was mid level.
It sounded like they were under new ownership or going through some changes. The huge cinnamon rolls were no longer on the menu, but perhaps that was on me for not checking an updated menu.

This was our first time here, and we will be back! The restaurant was decorated nicely, clean, and comfortable. Regarding the food, everything on the menu looked delicious, and even though it was 3pm, we all decided to get breakfast. OMG! It all was so good. The star of the show was the homemade hash browns and homemade American fries (these were the best--not those frozen, deep-fried cubes). This place should not be overlooked. It's our new favorite place to dine. Yummy!

I stopped here around 7 PM on a Saturday as I was on my way to Rockford, Illinois. This is a quaint little diner, clean and with a good layout. I ordered Jumbo Shrimp dinner and coffee, and it was excellent. There is a very good selection of items on the menu generally. The server later brought out the dessert tray to show me what was available, which was really a nice touch even though I seldom order desserts. It was quiet when I was there, with only a few other customers. Both the server and the cook/manager checked on me and asked me how my meal was, so they clearly are customer-focused and quality-oriented. I will definitely stop here again!

Food was good for the price. It didn't seem made from scratch, but from frozen or canned supplies. Had the Chicken Parm, which was served with tomato sauce on top of spaghetti. It was OK and it was Diner food. I think 3/5 stars is fair. I personally don't think it's my preferred kind of place. A friend had recommended it but my experience was not extra ordinary. The staff were nice and accommodating. It just wasn't great food. It was OK.

Ordered chicken strips and only got part of the order. They smelled and tasted like fish / strongly of fish. They were to tough and dried out to chew. Ordered a plain grilled cheese, but got charged for the Ultimate grilled cheese . Told waiter there were 2 people on our order, but our order was added to others orders. I had no silverware and water never refilled . Probably won’t come back .
