The service was alright compared to the food. Both beef and cheddars I got , had no cheddar on them not even Arby's sauce . The sandwiches were cold and so we're my fries.which makes since why the service was so quick cIt was definitely a disappointment being the location it's in.

I was the only vehicle in the drive through and hadto wait for the person who takes payment finish her cigarette to pay. She was standing next to my vehicle which now smells like smoke choking down her heater. She handed it off to another employee and then the next thing I know she's in the window taking payment telling me she was so busy she needed to get some fresh air.... unbelievable

Honestly, it’s amazing food 24/7. The night crew has worse service than almost any other place (slow and consistent in getting things wrong or with attitude) but the day shift is fantastic and speedy. (S.O. to Amanda in particular she’s such a queen for customer service, helpful, kind, and offered great advice on certain questions we had)
I wish they would do repeat backs again. They didn't understand the difference between 2 and 4. No verification that the order was right.

Ordered the cheesy fish. Was overcooked and dried out. Just had the same fish a few days ago at the Monroe location, and it was 5 ☆ perfection! Guess we will go back to the Monroe/172 location.
Had the new hush puppy fish. Nothing to write home about. Took 5 minutes in the drive thru. Curly fries are always good.

The food is really good as it is at any Arby's. The customer service is decent and the inside of the Arby's okay. The inside is clean but hasn't been modernized in quite a while. Other then that is a good spot to stop and Arby's always has some really good food.
Kid at the drive through counter has a future. A+
