Some things are sacred in the fast food industry. One of those is ketchup. The ketchup here is clearly cut DEEP with water. I’m not even saying a little water wouldn’t be acceptable. I get it. You’re trying to save some cash. This ketchup is probably 50% added water. It literally sloshes around in those little white paper cups. Pretty gross and I’d say it’s not helping the crinkle fries experience in the least. The food is good, the condiments at this location are a big swing and a miss.

Waited over a half hour for food with 15 min of that sitting at the window after I paid. Handed out wrong drinks. Seemed like no staff was communicating with each other :(

Didn't get my fries...Service wasn't it. Employees didn't look too happy to be there and serving us.Drive through was cool but making food was long......Plz make sure to read over your orders for people and make sure that you look in the bag.

Everything was good until we got the food. Opened up my beef n cheddar to put horsey sauce on, meat was not hot, maybe room temperature.Poppers were very good. Asked the lady for a bag, she kind of gave me an odd look, so I told her my sandwich was cold so I was going to take it home to reheat it. She literally all but called me a liar to my face, then proceeded to make a joke about how I said my food was cold.Obviously, someone has a lot to learn about customer service and working with customers. Sad part, she was probably management, which makes it very clear why at dinner time, that restaurant was empty.Should have gone down the road to Freddy's instead.Parking: No worries about parking, the entire lot was empty at dinner time.
