We went through the drive through. We sat there for 35 minutes. The French fries are not edible. The taste like they have been sitting under a heat lamp since the store opened. Th here we’re clearly not enough people working. As the ones that were working were clearly overwhelmed since they weee rude. Our order was not right Even the coupons in the flier are not enough to make me come back.

If I’m going to stop at AnW I stop at the de pere location. The service here may be the best service I’ve had with any fast food restaurant. This particular time I stopped on 10/29/2024 at 1926 and the young gentleman working were both so polite and the food came out so quick! I really hope somehow this reaches them. Keep up the good work !!
Sat in line for a drink for ten minutes with a screaming kid in the back seat and couldn’t escape because they have the curb barriers in the drive through. Not happy.
The people were nice. The food was busting. The Strawberry Watermelon Cream Freeze was mid — 5/10.

The staff was great. The drive thru was very busy and I was inside with no delay to be waited on or to get my food which was delicious!!Highly recommend and expect a little wait as they cook to order it seems. Fresh hot food fast!!!?

Don't order online you wait for your food longer than if you would just order when you get to the restaurant. And nobody even acknowledges you once you say you have an order to pick up you ordered online. Absolutely horrible service!!!
